NEVER CHOOSE FASTER SHIPPING
I purcashed a clipper and a trimmer 3 days ago. I paid extra money for faster shipping, because I wanted to recieve them before I go on a holiday. Here is a piece of advice…Never choose the faster shipping, because it won’t arrive on time.

Cant charge the trimmers battery
I purchased a babyliss lo pro trimmer, a cape and neck strips. I am from sweden and they gave me a uk charger that i cant plug in and use. And the charger is almost impossible to find, its like it is a one of a kind 1:1. So flr now i have a useless trimmer

The worst experience I've had with a…
The worst experience I've had with a seller. I order from them. My package gets lost and returns home. They tell me that they will return the order to me but in the end I receive a notification that I have been refunded but I have received absolutely nothing. No transfer to my bank account or order. They barely respond to emails. You have to harass them to get an answer. I'm still waiting, the dispute has been going on for 2 weeks. I lost a lot of customers because of them. To flee!!!!

Given the medium fraud indicators on your transaction, including a missing card billing address, failed payment initially and subsequant successful payment with an alternative card, and the inability to obtain a signature, we decided to process a refund rather than resend the package. This decision was made to protect both parties. Your refund was processed immediately, and a confirmation was sent to you.
