I ran into some issues logging into my account through Microsoft. I reached out to Drawboard support, and they were able to help me move my email to a different account so I could log in through their portal.

They were very helpful with an excellent response time. Overall, I was able to get the help I needed.

Drawboard has completely replaced the other very well known reader on my work system and at home. I love the way I can mark up a print using a writing tablet as if I am working on a piece of paper. In my job, I do a lot of checking of engineering prints. This has helped me to no longer need to print out documents then grabbing a pen to mark them up. This does have various colors of pens and high lighters. I have not found another PDF editor to do what Drawboard has been able to do for me.

Easy to use and had many tools and options to choose from. I recommend this product to my peers and colleges.

I had an issue verifying my official school email from Saudi Arabia, as the system didn't recognize the domain. I contacted the support team, and they were very helpful. They manually verified my account and fixed the issue. I can now access the student discount on my Windows 11 device without any problems. Highly recommended for students who need a professional PDF tool!

I have been using the free version of this app for quite sometime and now upgraded to a paid subscription. Every penny is worth the experience.

Shout out to the drawboard support team for a quick response. My university email address did not have ".edu" ending and the support team quickly verified my educational institute's email address and I was able to get the discount.

Thank you Drawboard for making a great app. It would be even better if somehow MathPix OCR type technology be incorporated where one could extract latex code for the by simply hand writing the mathematical expressions.

I liked that my issue was addressed quickly by a real person, and that they were genuinely concerned, and kept me in the loop during their process to resolve. Once resolved, it was a nice touch that they followed up with me to confirm everything was back to normal.

Excellent application for PDFs.
Full of features and very powerful.
If you have a tablet-type computer, you can create, modify, and take notes on your study materials, getting the most out of your device.
It is clear that there is a team of developers who improve and refine it with each update.
It is better than having a notebook.
I use it to study, and after trying other apps on other hardware, I've decided that Drawboard PDF is the most functional and powerful of all for Windows 11. It's worth every penny you invest in it.
The only thing I would change is to improve the file splitting and merging functionality. I'm sure this will be improved in future updates.

At first, I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t get a response in a reasonable time since premium members are prioritized and I’m on a basic plan. However, I received a fast and efficient reply to my request.

I also really appreciate how well the different elements are managed, and that you can zoom in and out freely without any auto-alignment getting in the way.
