We were promptly helped with friendly and professional service. We found what we were looking for without hassle. The purchase went very smoothly and we received excellent information to make a good choice of mattress.

I have been trying to contact Dreams for the past two weeks, but it has been impossible to get through. Every time I call, I’m either cut off or asked to join a queue for a callback that never comes.

We’ve also contacted the store on three separate occasions, only to be told they can’t help and that we need to call the same customer service number that we can’t get through to.

The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. It’s frustrating that Dreams had no trouble contacting us when it came to taking our money, yet now that we need assistance, we’re being left without any support. This experience has been an absolute joke

Recently purchased at Bradford store the whole experience was lovely Becky and Zen were so friendly. I will definitely recommend Dreams. My mattress has now been delivered and I'm so impressed with the home service. The two lads were friendly and polite and really helpful. I love my mattress. Thank you Dreams

Ordered a king size mattress from the Bromley store. All very efficient and good. All the correct 'expect prepare for delivery emails' etc.

On the morning of the delivery we received a call from the driver at 7:24am explaining that he only had a double mattress on board “as the store didn’t have any King mattresses in stock so the manager (note this was a local store not Bromley) loaded a double mattress”. Apparently, the idea was that they would deliver a double and have us sign for it and then they would replace it when a king mattress was in stock. Do they think we were born yesterday?

We explained that we had ordered a king, expected a king and would refuse to accept delivery of a double if they turned up. They decided to cancel the delivery and told us that Dreams customer support would be in touch with us that day to re-arrange delivery.

We emailed customer support. Got automated acknowledgement and automated follow-up a few days later saying we are working on it. Nothing more.

Chargeback on CC has now been accepted and we have to wait 45 days to see whether they challenge this.

Store was clean and airy, the store assistant (Simon) was very pleasant to deal with and knew his subject.
We would reccomend Dreams if you are looking for a new bed/mattress.
The lead time for our new mattress was a lot shorter than we expected.

Today I went to the Dreams Guildford store to find a bed for my son. I was given valuable advice and received excellent customer service.
Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t give this company one star. We were sold a product, an adjustable bed that simply wasn’t fit for purpose and malfunction within a week of purchase. This bed was purchased for my mother who immediately suffered excruciating back problem. Which I entirely put down to this awful bed. They have not acted upon the phone calls and ignore the two letters we have sent asking for a refund and removal of this appalling bed, thankfully our bank have got involved and said they believe they can resolve this and that the actions of dreams are not untypical of them. Just a target driven, sell everything you can attitude even if the combination of products are not compatible for example a mattress not suitable for an adjustable bed, a topper at an additional cost that just made the who situation worse! And then complete ignorance and different versions of one person saying the mattress isn’t right to another denying that was said! Poor customer service and don’t give a toss attitude as long as they keep hold of your money. Scammers basically!

We received the most amazing customer service from Douglas at Dreams in Farnborough. He was so in tune with what we wanted and wasn’t happy until he’d found us the perfect mattress. His knowledge of mattresses was immense and I am so happy that he served us.

I visited the Bournemouth store yesterday and was greeted by James, he was extremely helpful and patient. I would recommend dreams in Bournemouth to anyone!

We were served by Jane at MetroCentre branch who was really lovely. She helped my autistic brother to choose his first bed frame and mattress for his new flat. He tested for the right mattress type using impressive technology at Dreams, then tried several recommended mattresses. We also got a great dealsome pillows. We were really happy with the service we had. We would thoroughly recommend Jane and Dreams.
