Visited to find out about Tempur mattresses. After the a session on the sleepfit system we were directed to a choice of beds/mattresses. After trying a few we found what appears to be perfect for our aging backs. Shannon was super helpful in guiding us and advising us. We were happy to place an order for a Tempur mattress and Pillows, complete with covers. Great experience

Ian from the Croydon store was of great help! I received excellent customer service as he helped me choose a mattress. He stayed with me for a long time and recommended different mattresses for me. I found the perfect one in the end, thanks to his help! Really happy :)

We recently purchased a bed and mattress, and we were very pleased with the service we received. Marife was extremely helpful from start to finish. She took time to explain everything clearly and used the Sleepmatch system to help us find a suitable mattress. Marife was very patient while we took our time deciding on the right bed and mattress. She explained all the details about the warranty and the additional options available, ensuring we had all information we needed to make a decision. We were even offered a coffee, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, we left the shop happy with both the excellent customer service and the professional advice we received. Thank you, Marife, for making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We would highly recommend this store.

Bury the Rock, Lancashire / Greater Manchester - Lorraine was absolutely incredible with her customer service. The second we walked into the shop we were greeted by Lorraine, who showed us the sleep assessment machine that helped inform our purchase. Her attentiveness to what we were saying/ our asks was second to none and at no point did I feel like I was just being suggested the most expensive item. We left the store with a new mattress, new pillows and a smile on our face. Thank you Lorraine!

Spoke with Brandon in the fareham store, he was fantastic. Went above and beyond to help us get the correct bed, even carried an ottoman down stairs when he could have showed us the swatch! Lol thank you highly recommend

My partner and me visited the Bury The Rock Dreams store were greeted warmly by Lorraine. She took us to the Sleepmatch system and helped us find the right matches for the mattress we were looking for. She provided us with pillows and made sure we had the right fit. We then went from mattress to mattress and tried them out and Lorraine gave us all the information about them for us to pick the right one. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent customer service. I felt very taken care of and like I could make the best decision about my mattress.

We came in to find a new mattress with our dog. We were greeted by Sue who had lots of patience as we whittled our way down from three options to one. We didn’t feel rushed into making a choice, so were able to add on pillows and a duvet. Everyone was really friendly and we feel really happy with our purchases

Ordered a mattress last week, booked time off work for the delivery tomorrow only to be called this afternoon to say they couldn’t now deliver until 17th August, 2 weeks away! I would not have ordered it if I knew this before. Also, my money won’t be refunded for a week so have to fork out for another matress.

David in Eastleigh did a brilliant job and listened to our requests with ease. Gave our son the expert job of testing out the remote control beds whilst we could check out all the beds!

I had a fantastic experience at the Dreams Bournemouth store from start to finish. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, especially when you have specific needs, but Sarah and Kieran made the whole process so much easier.
They were both incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. They explained the differences between the mattresses, encouraged me to take my time trying them, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right one rather than just make a sale.
Their customer service was outstanding, and it was clear they really care about their customers. They were professional, approachable and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident with my choice.

Shopping at the Dreams store in Guildford was a delight. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and proffesional. I was very satisfied with their help and with my purchase.

A nice welcome when we walked into the new cross store from Edwina.
She explained clearly the process of finding the right mattress for us.
Offered water tea & coffee which was nice.
Talked about pillows & mattress covers.
