Avoid. They charge for collection £49

Avoid! I recently purchased a mattress online from your store and I am quite disappointed with the experience. The fact that the mattress cannot be returned to the shop due to its size is very inconvenient. Moreover, the £49 charge for collection is unreasonable.

Additionally, reaching customer service and resolving my issues took an excessively long time. It's frustrating that payments are processed quickly, yet customer support is so slow.

I will not be using your service AGAIN!!!!!

Excellent service

We went into store needing a new mattress but not having a clue what kind. Both of us had very different ideas and needs for the new mattress and we didn’t know where to start. The machine that reads your posture and lying position quickly reduced our options, which made it easier to think and comprehend what we were looking at. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and in no rush to push us for a decision.

Holly the sales assistant was…

Holly the sales assistant was absolutely excellent and the delivery was fine…except a bit of can we can't we get it upstairs
The fact that I have to turn the bed weekly for 3 months was not so great and I was probably told after I had bought it
Mattress is fine but not great but ok…hope it improves with all that turning!!

The professionalism of the sales team.

The sales person instore was welcoming and not over bearing, her knowledge and expertise made us feel at ease. Her professionalism made us to buy instore and not online which i was grateful of.

Fantastic Customer Experience

From the ordering stage in the store with Mollie to the delivery and build yesterday by Craig and his colleague it was just perfect. They went that bit extra stuggling to get the super king matress up the stairs but they managed to do it.
Everything was done exactly as we had hoped and could not be happier.
