Dave was amazing full of knowledge no hard sales talked to us let us sit in the tubs to see what we liked. Fantastic showroom with plenty of products to look at.

Excellent service from start to finish. We wanted to buy from a local company. Which we did the wonderful Clarice was very knowledgable and helpful and helped us to pin down the model which was best suited to our requirements. We were looking forward to installation day which was the hottest day of the year so we could not wait to try it out. It was amazing ticked all the boxes. The installation guys were amazing hard working and very grateful for the water and ice which was available. Would definitely recommend Dreamspa

Clarice at Newbury helped us choose the right Hot tub was professional and friendly and answered all the questions we needed to know would definitely recommend if your looking to buy a hot tub

We ordered a second hand hot tub from DreamSpas in Newbury and it has been amazing! It took a bit of time for me to work out the chemicals but after some careful research I was able to fix them. We were worried about getting a second hand hot tub in case there were leaks etc but it has been amazing! We are now into our 3rd month of owning it. Happy hot tubbing!

Really helpful from start to finish. Clarice at Newbury showroom guiding us through which hot tub was right for us. The electrician communicated well and was professional. Dale and his colleague who did the installation were very polite and helpful.

We had a great experience looking for and purchasing a Hot tub at the Swansea branch. We initially went for information and prices as searching for hot tub information online is a minefield!

The shop in Swansea itself is great, a lot of spas on display, some with water in some without and all the different 'layouts' for each model are there in pictures to see.

We spoke to Michelle and she was great, giving us loads of information and ideas and also showing us all the features of the Spas they had on display. She was very easy going allowing us (and our kids) to sit in the empty ones (the offer was there to sit in the filled ones if we had our bathers!) to get a feel for the positioning of the seats and loungers. We could also try the different jets/lights/ music features of the filled hot tubs. We felt no pressure to make any decisions there and then, we were actually encouraged to go away and have a think about it.

We returned a tew weeks later, while in the meantime messaging Michelle asking questions about layout options (which were responded to quickly) with a better idea of what we wanted but not 100%. David was there this time and was equally helpful, no pushy salesperson talk, lots more questions from us and lots of great information to help us make our decision. Can't wait for the hot tub to arrive now!

If anyone is thinking about a hot tub we can't recommend
Dreamspas enough!

Delivery and installation review update:

Really smooth installation. There was a bit of an awkward route to get our tub into location but not an issue for Dale, Tom and Snow.

We wanted the steps, cover and display to be facing certain (and different) and this was not a problem. Everything was installed and any packaging or mess was tidied and taken away. I was asking quite a few questions while they were here and they were happy to answer. The service and chemical packages Dreamspas offer was also explained and it was a no brainer for us to ensure our hot tub stays in top working order.

The features the hot tub were explained. We had a bit of difficulty setting up the WIS system which doesn’t have the WiFi range of the in.touch system (which works really well).

We’ve since had to get a WiFi extender to get the water readings from WIS which I’ll
be honest is still a little intermittent at times, but I can stand next to the hot tub and use the app to retrieve the readings so not the end of the world.

We managed to try the hot tub out the same evening! As expected with a new hot tub, there were some tiny bits of packaging floating around which had probably come from inside the pipes and the hot tub also felt like it needed a little clean around waterline and above as it felt a little dusty. But that didn’t stop us having a great first dip (just some advice for future hot tub buyers!).

Just to conclude, the service in and out of the showroom is amazing. The hot tub feels top quality. The lights, jets, sound system, remote features of the hot tubs are top of the range and we feel it was worth every penny to choose Dreamspas!

We had an excellent experience with Dreamspas Cardiff from the time of purchase until the installation process.
We initially visited the showroom in Cardiff and were served by Mel who was extremely pleasant and helpful and assisted us with deciding which hot tub to purchase.
The installation was carried out by Dale and Snow and this went smoothly and professionally. The functions of the hot tub were explained comprehensively and with patience.
I would highly recommend Dreamspas.

Mel was Helpful and friendly in store and dealt with our delivery queries, couldn’t have been more helpful.
Dale and Sol did a great job in delivering and setting up the tub, and have have answered some queries quickly since install.
All in all great service would recommend.

Looking for a hot tub? You really should go and speak to Jeff, we have had such a good experience buying our first hot tub from Dreamspas in Bristol. We are absolutely delighted with our hot tub and love using it with friends and family who just invite themselves round to use it!!!!
