Avoid at all costs
If I could give this company minus stars, I would.
My son's divan bed was delivered a day late. The driver was in such a rush to leave that he assured me the setup would be straightforward. However, when I removed the packaging, I discovered they had sent two different-sized divan bases. One base was around 1.5–2 inches taller than the other, making the bed completely unusable.
I contacted the company immediately and was asked to send photos and a video, which I did straight away. They replied saying they would "look into it," but despite repeatedly asking for a replacement to be delivered, my messages were ignored.
I then commented on their Facebook page, and instead of helping, they blocked me almost instantly and sent me a WhatsApp message simply saying, "Wait!"
It has now been four days since the delivery, and they still haven't resolved the issue or even responded. As a result, I had no choice but to buy another bed for my son.
The entire experience has been absolutely shocking. The customer service has been non-existent, and I am furious with the way this has been handled.
I am also aware that this company trades under the name British Comfort UK, so please be aware before ordering. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience.
