Ordered on the 9th June Evri are still waiting to receive package 21st June. Dressmedolly have ignored my email asking about the order

AVOID no update for delivery 2 weeks later emails you literally get the same email asking for the order number to which you send and get no response. But active on Facebook commenting when I’ve commented saying no reply’s to my emails I’ve now been blocked from the page which is absolutely fine because others will warn people not to order they can’t block everyone shall we just add my order number in as no doubt there will be a response to this please can we have your number so we can resolve the issue 53991 . Genuinely I would honestly save your money because you will have no chance of getting your item let alone communication . I will be contacting my bank

Never received my order, in tracking picture parcel was left in an unsafe place. Outside on the street. Spoke woth a very rude unprofessional man on his mobile who kept repeating parcel was delivered. Yes delivered but not to me. Refused to give me a refund told me he was no mug and was going to send his team around. Kept speaking over me. Small business with a very rude man running it. I have now contacted my bank who are going to try to get my money back as he's now not answering my calls or emails. Don't order from him as very rude unprofessional man. If you don't receive your parcel contact your bank straight away and let them deal with him
