Great customer service fast delivery and I got a two peice set amazing quality great price

Have just placed 2 orders, 1st came promptly and item fits perfectly and looks great, 2nd order came with 2 of 3 items and a message on the invoice saying to email as the 3rd item is out of stock, why?? Just send a refund, simple.
As for the 2 items received, both same size and identical trousers however 1 pair is smaller than the other pair so will have to return, actually thinking of returning the whole order tbh.

Highly recommend I've had a few tracksuits which fit perfect and are so comfortable. Service is very good I keep ordering the same tractsuit in different colours.

If I would have checked the reviews I probably wouldn’t have ordered as recent reviews about customer service mirror my experience. Received a blazer with a hole in it so emailed them only hours after it had been delivered to ask for a replacement, received a very quick response telling me they would have to check cctv first! So basically calling me a liar. Emailed them to follow up & still no response as yet! Obviously great if the clothes that you receive are received in a good condition but if not then customer service is awful! Thing they need some training on how to be polite. First time I have ordered and wouldn’t order again unless rectified!
