8 days now and my product has not even made it to the post office yet. Ordered on 10/13/23 and still only says shipping label has been created. This is very inconsiderate and rude. And after reading the nightmares about this company I don't even know how they can manage to still be in business. I've never experienced anything like this from any other company in my life. And I shop alot online. Emailed customer support as well and no response. This company must have the poorest management of all companies in the United States. I will never buy from them again. You would think all of the bad reviews they would try to implement some sort of quality control. I wrote this review in hopes that just maybe I will get some sort of response from the company and some sort of resolution to the issue I've encountered.

So I placed my order on 19th of September, on 21st September I received an email saying the item has been shipped and also received a tracking number. On checking the tracking number it appeared to be as label created and not received by the courier service.

I gave it a week and email to the support team, the support team confirmed their is a buffer before the items can be shipped due to security reason and advised it will be 10 business days before the item is shipped for international orders.

20 days later I wrote another email and the staff responded with confirmation that the item had been shipped this was 14th of Oct. The status on the tracking website showed the item as received by partner company on the 12th Oct.

Athe status remained unchanged for atleast a week and just before I was about to send another email to the support team, I received an email from courier saying it on its way to delivery and it finally arrived on the 20th of October.

So they have indeed shipped the order everything is great, yet to check the products but as far as the company goes it’s genuine, shipping and communication is little difficult to deal with as I could hardly track the order and had no idea what was the actual status.

Shipping label created 10/13but items have not been received by USPS. Order status showing as "processed" which means canceling is no longer an option. But in reality nothing was processed other than a label. Have requested a refund (10/19) regardless and hoping for the best. Should have believed the reviews about shipping. Buyer BEWARE

Update: My order came 3 weeks later (to Austin TX) - regular shipping, not priority which is what I paid for - ripped me off for $15 extra paid for faster shipping. They replied to my emails more than 2 weeks later saying only sorry for the delay and not explaining what the problem was and didn’t even comment on the status of my shipment. No transparency. I’m not impressed. I’ll stick with my other sources who don’t steal from me and who respond to emails and calls. Not buying from Dr G again.

Original review: Horrible experience. Spent $150 on product and paid extra for priority shipping.
Placed my order on 10/7 and a shipping label was created on 10/9. USPS is still showing they don’t have anything but the shipping label. So it’s been a week and 2 days and nothing.
They aren’t responding to my emails and when you call their voicemail tells you to email them and the vmail box is full. Why do people give them good reviews online? Are they all fake?
Sadly it doesn’t appear that they are paying attention to TrustPilot. Better Business Bureau is next on my list and then I plan to share this all over social media. I hope you all do the same. Hope you didn’t also get burned by Dr. Ganja.

This experience has been horrible strictly because of the shipping process. I ordered on the 5th and still haven’t received my package. The shipping email that they send out is pointless when in reality they’ve shipped nothing. I can’t even track the package anymore, it went from USPS hasn’t received the item to this service is unavailable now. I’m not sure if I’ve been scammed or not, but this was my first time ordering from them and may definitely be my last. I’ve emailed them and messaged them on IG with no response. Usually it’s usps that’s the problem but this time it’s actually Dr. Ganja. And then I get an email asking me to review products I haven’t even received from them, blasphemy. Think long and hard before you decide to buy from them because you’ll be waiting forever.

These folks are reddit-notorious for taking several weeks to ship, even with additional payment for "priority" handling. I gave them a try; no hurry on my end. Sleazily, they charge your card in full, immediately, then print a shipping label - which sits unused for weeks. Their return address is bogus as well.

Eventually, they ship - usually. Two friends of mine had similar experiences; shipping delays between 10 and 25 days). Products are fine, though (flower and edibles) and website has COAs for many offerings.

Terribly run company, monkeys could do better. I ordered a week ago and they still haven't sent my pack out. Ripoff, Scam, stay away so many other trustworthy vendors please send my product out by tomorrow or I will call better business bureau!!!!!!!!

Update Edit: I finally got my shipment confirmation for my package to arrive in 2 days so I’d say it takes 7 days to process and since I live in the east coast by New York and Jersey it will arrive in 2 days.

So basically 7 days to process the shipment and 2 days to arrive appreciate Dr ganja for speeding up this process so I’ll give them 3 stars and maybe 4 depending on the quality of my purchase.

Old Review: Day 7 since I bought diamond distillate. The label was created 6 days ago but still waiting for the package to arrive at USPS to ship. It is quite annoying because there hasn’t been an update since so I emailed them to hopefully hear back and speed up this process. Just can’t believe that it takes this long to ship. Anyway, I’ll update you guys if I hear back from them.

Its annoying not knowing when ur product will ship i had to order from a other website cause i still gotta wait for my half from drganja gald im not the only one that experienced this but damn its like they don't care a single bit about the customer

Terrible shipping; payed extra for priority. Order sat as "label created, package not yet received" for 7 days (5 business days) before USPS received it. Finally, just got a tracking confirmation that it's still not expected until next week! Shipping from LA to Dallas shouldn't take nearly two weeks. Let alone with an $8.95 add'l charge for priority.

Beautiful products, landed in the UK just fine, will be shopping here again soon. Worth the wait! Ordered grape pie flower and the THC diamonds.

Be patient. Long shipping but it’s worth it. Took about a week just to process but quality is nice product is A1.

I have placed several orders with Dr. Ganja and have been impressed every time.
I'm not concerned with delivery as in the end, I receive a great product.
I live in Australia, so considering different countries customs & postage laws, I am happy that it gets to my door at all and not how long it took.
So give them a go, you will be suprised.

I ordered 3 times. Their prices are hard to beat but you have to consider shipping times, fudge! They have a good selection but shipping takes forever! Read the other real reviews on shipping timess and believe it.

Anyway, even though I might be paying $5-10 more for each product I buy, I'll just consider that part of the shipping cost to actually get it to me in a reasonable span of time. I will be ordering from somewhere else.

Plainjane, is the best, but they gotta step their game up a little in terms of D8 vapes, in terms of flower, they cannot be beaten.

Dr.Ganja used to be very tempting but now seems completely incapable of filling orders on time. I don't want to have to email and hound a company I already gave my money to in order to get them to ship me what I paid for.

Horrible wait times for shipping. Been in pre-label status for over a week. I'm hoping I'm not one of the people on here that never received the product or a refund. Fingers crossed!

Edit: I got an email back from the company the day after posting this review and they had it shipped out and to me in a couple days. Don't know if the sudden response I got had anything to do with the review or not, but I don't think I'm gonna try my luck ordering from them a second time. I did, however, find another online shop with really good prices and free shipping. I've always had good experiences with them. The only reason I ordered from Ganja in the first place was because the specific product I wanted was out of stock at this shop. It's called D8Superstore.com. for anyone interested in checking them out.

Order was in "pre shipment" status for over a week...no updates and no response to email for 3 more days. Terrible company. Never again.

My order was decent for the price , shipping overall was a little slow but cutting it close , the label was ready and sitting for a few days before shipping so that's why only 4 stars

I paid extra for the priority shipping. It took them five days to get around to making a label, and another nine days for them to bother to put it in the mail. I'm now on day 14 of my 1-7 business days and I still don't have my product (though its finally on its way). I will never use this site again.

Its also worth noting that they only got around to shipping my product after I threatened to stop payment on the charge and report them.

My products arrived just over 40 days after I ordered them - but they said it could take that long. My emails to support were never answered. BUT, keeping my eyes on the prize - the items came and were good. So I am not complaining. Let's say good things come to those who wait!
