This company is a joke, the shipping in the us is terrible, they blame it on usps when in fact they print the labels fast, but actually getting it to a post office seems a problem for them, I have been waiting for weeks and nothing yet, just says label printed. customer service is a joke, emails sent and nothing, also there is an entire group on reddit that has complaints about them not shipping.

So they at least do ship their products, but service is nearly non existent, it seems there’s zero structure in customer support even in the support that they do have.

Only since last year I started getting trouble with orders. Last 2 from a year back and 2.5 months back not received. Previous orders however usually arrived in 1-1.5 months, sometimes even earlier. (Even when covid was trending)

It was said; “if anything you’ll get a refund” - I confirmed that was a good solution, and they said it would be checked. That was 1 week ago. No response after, be careful when ordering - i wouldn’t recommend - but if you do be sure you have the option to charge back if they mess it up and don’t have customer support.

Maybe there are some problems causing them not to be able to refund - that’s okay - so I suggested a reship but no response. If you see this I’d appreciate help to solve this issue - but I doubt drganja will.
If you do i can update this review with a follow up.

Not responding to calls, emails. After messages on their Instagram account and dms I got left on read multiple times, often a week at a time.
At least they were seeing my messages. And they don’t respond - feelsbadman.

Even though I dislike it, I’ll probably be charging back next week - still have an old order that’s gone - doubt I will get a reship or refund on that one.

i get that a lot of reviews are complaining about delivery times something that is quoted on the site that it can take anywhere from 15- 40 days too receive the product, i have had a few orders land from this company within the 21 days period too uk! i am more than happy with this company there products and i will continue too be a customer for life! thanks dr ganja!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I paid for two delta 8, only received one, the one I did get was incorrect, they put a dif vape in box of correct one. I called, they told me email support. they will not reply or send second vape. they take your money and ignore you. DO NOT TRUST

Excellent would recommend. Was a little hesitant based on the price of shipping but my order arrived without a hitch.

This company marks your items as “Shipped” before they actually ship them in order to have your payment completed and live up to their ‘Fast Shipping’ claim. They blame the delays on USPS, but I’ve used several companies and 50% of the time I pay for Priority Mail shipping with Dr. Ganja, it takes close to 10 days to arrive. Every other site that I use, which also utilizes USPS Priority Mail, is on time 90% of the time. I only have issues with Dr. Ganja.
Customer service is also very poor, they blame USPS and don’t seem to care too much.

Very poor, ordered and paid high shipping fees with a supposed ‘guarantee’ in case product seized by customs, which it was. I was only refunded a measly 30 dollars out of a 100. Not impressed

Bought CBD oil, arrived in Melbourne, Aus in about a month, seems to be a quality product.

Additionally, I accidently purchased a different product and upon contacting customer service they quickly cancelled and refunded the order (which is why I feel obliged to leave a review).

Was going great until Australia post stopped the parcel before it left the usa. I tried emailing drganja and called them twice but they don't answer. Was hoping to get it sent back and they send through another carrier.

I have bought some of the best CBD flower that I’ve ever smoked in my life from Drganga. I mix it with my street bought weed to get that Cbd/thc blend. The best has been the Wedding Cake regular bud and the smalls. I can’t tell much difference between the cbd Wedding Cake that Dr Ganja has in comparison to the 2 plants of High Grade thc that I grew last session. With the price so low I bought a quarter pound of cbd flower because I can do so much with it, and just ask your self, how many times has my dealer fooled me with good Cbd flower or maybe he didn’t even know the difference himself.

I've given two stars instead of one because the products are good and the prices are fair. However, one of my ordered products is defective and I've tried multiple times to get a response from customer service for a replacement or a refund. They are not responding. So, be advised, if you have a problem with an order, it may be difficult or impossible to get help with it.

I used to buy the products they carry from different vendors. Dr. Ganja has everything I need in one site, their pricing is good, their service is great, and their shipping is fast. Their own brand name is good too. Tried to support local businesses but the savings from Dr Ganja is over 30%. Highly recommend this website as a go to for all things CBD.
