We hired a car from Drivalia for the first time and the experience was great throughout. We were served by RK who helped us with explaining all the requirements, upgraded a car for us and provided a very friendly service on check in and check out. Would definitely recommend them. Great customer service
We didn't make things easy for the poor people here but Alan and Nick were very supportive, personable and efficient. The shuttle driver, Robert, was also fantastic. They ensured that we were able to get our car and get to our funeral on time. Would definitely come back to Drivalia (directly, next time).
