Experience was very good from start to finish. All the information was very clear and there was never any ‘hard sell’.

Website is great, and you can search by vehicles that have been booked at the factory, (in my case Germany).
Colour options were limited but not an issue for me. I ordered a VW iD4 and it was delivered just over 4 weeks later. Good comms too by phone and email

Right from the enquiry stage through to the administration completion the service has been efficient and helpful.

Drive Electric is a Truly Amazing Lease Car Company. Unlike other Car Leasing Companies I have dealt with, who just want to sign you up, take your money and send you on your way asap, Drive Electric is different. Going from a 1999 manual Golf TDI to a 2022 id3 has not been easy for me but they have been with me every step of the way. Brilliant Customer Care Team, so kind and caring. Still helping me even though I have taken delivery of the car. I got a Special Deal too. I 100% recommend using Drive Electric. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

From the beginning
From the beginning, when Drive Electric were able to supply a car a year earlier than the local VW dealer, their helpfulness and service have been exemplary. When we were struggling with the registration process (no thanks to VW!) and lack of a manual. they did their best to help, and we got there in the end!

Highly recommended
Overall it has been an excellent experience. Bryony Driver (Customer Experience) and Matt Eade (EV Sales) are extremely helpful from the very beginning up to the vehicle being delivered and after. They are always there and willing to explain all the details, sorting out delivery arrangement, and taking the extra steps in meeting customer needs. I will personally lease with DriveElectric in the future and also recommend others to do so.

Excellent Customer Service
After being badly let down by the dealer the team at Drive Electric did all they possibly could to get my car to me at the date and time I needed it for, including getting up at 4am to ensure the car was with me on time. It is absolutely beautiful, drives like a dream and I would highly recommend Drive Electric.
