FRAUD, Avoid.

Avoid at all costs. This is a fraudulant company, along with My5Day, instructorcollegeuk, Oakely Care (preying on elderly and dissabled).

Never ever use this company

Never ever use this company, it works under a few names be careful. Have reported to BBCwatchdog. Also known as bristol and bath intensive courses, my5day, drive2us.com. Awful.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**

We purchased a driving lesson package via the website then had no contact to arrange lessons. All attempts to contact the company were ignored.

We paid with a credit card so successfully got a refund via chargeback. If you have paid any money by credit or debit card, contact your bank and initiate the chargeback process.

Please do not pay any money to this company. They are ripping people off!

Took out an intense driving course in…

Took out an intense driving course in 2020. Unfortunatly COVID hit and all. Lessons got cancelled. Been trying to contact them to arrange lessons but my instructor never responds. I have since requested a refund and still yet to recieve any response from them and I have been trying for over a YEAR. I have been promised numerous call backs being marked as urgent and still not recieving replies. I tried contact the DVSA but unfortantly as they are a third party company they cannot do anything specifically to myself but they said they would be able to investigate the company which is what I am doing next. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! I bought 10 lessons for my sister and they never gave any information when she will be able to book the lessons, no call backs nothing worst company ever to exists! Tried getting a refund nothing happens honestly avoid!

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company, I’d booked driving lessons for my sons birthday, no one showed up, couldn’t talk to anyone apart from someone in an office that took the calls and said someone would call back… days on and no one has called back, no apology for not showing up and can’t talk to anyone for a refund… luckily I paid through pay pal and have got my money back, and I’ve reported to trading standards…. You ruined my sons birthday…. People be warned and do not waste your money with this company.

Avoid!

After paying almost £1000 for a course in oct 2019 for my daughter it took over a month for her to start lessons as they lost all my details twice! Over christmas period the instructor failed to turn up to a lesson, no notice given, didnt reply to calls or texts for over a week, when he did reply stated his car had been in the garage. She began lessons again intermittently, was due to be put in for her test unfortunately just before lockdown. Since coming out of lockdown the instructor has again become difficult to contact. She has had two lessons since September when the instructor has said he will put her in for her test, when he does reply to a text states he will chase up a test date for her (has been saying this for about a month). I have called drive2us directly 5 times (been told someone will call me back, that didnt happen) emailed twice and sent a facebook message over the last 2 wks asking what is happening with the remaining paid for hrs and a test date. No call back and no replys. Frustrated with this company is an understatement. Definitely would not recommend.

Avoid this company …

Booked a 10 hours starter package for my wife ..no communications after that ..chased them daily and finally sent an email to the owner ..who emailed me saying he is very apologetic and requested me not to write any bad reviews ..promised me the classes to be booked on Saturday and nobody showed up ..emailed him back and called so many times still no response.. I will be taking them to trading standards .. Please avoid this company

James Driving School

My driving inspector was James from James Driving School Sutton. I passed at the first time with only 5 minor faults. James trained me very well and he gave top clues before the test. He is a gentleman, patient, calm and most of all very flexible and understanding. If you live around Sutton, Cheam. I Extremely suggest James Driving School for Your preparations for practical test.

Bunch of liars

Bunch of liars! They would never return your call, they wouldn't ever deal with you in professional way. They have let me down few days before my course, paid almost £1000 for a intensive course in March. I've to threat them with police and legal actions to get my money back. Don't waste your time!!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s been 5 months since I asked for a refund (my driver fell out with the company and so could no longer teach me) My lessons with my driver and the way he had to leave left me dissatisfied with Drive2Us so I ask for a refund of my pre/paid 10 lessons. Like I said it’s been 5 months of 0 contact, I have called over 10 times, emailed there main email and there director twice. This company is great until you need money back and then they are a complete no show. They have ghosted me for 5 months and so now I am planning to take this further. Please don’t use this company, it’s actually ridiculous how much I’ve been contacting them with no reply.

Get a solicitor ready...

I had a terrible experience with this company. In November I booked a bulk of lessons, but after there was a no-show of a driver with no explanation, I asked for a refund, which should have been given according to their terms and conditions. After a three-month ordeal of phoning, emailing, leaving messages, requesting bank action, going through a solicitor, and issuing a county court legal claim, I was at last responded to by the company, who apologised for an admin error. I’m sure they have instructors who do a good job, but I would not take the risk with a company who cannot offer the service they claim to provide, nor operate according to their own terms. I have since successfully taken lessons through Robbie’s Driving School.

(Edit: In response to company’s claim this is a ‘fake review’, please note that it is a review of the service from November to February, prior to the coronavirus lockdown in March.)

A great experience

I had a very positive experience learning to drive with Gary. He was calm and patient and showed a lot of belief in me and my driving. This consequently encouraged me to build confidence in myself as I was generally a pretty nervous driver. Would highly recommend drive2us in Bath, especially Gary as an instructor. Thank you for helping me get my license!

At present i would not advise using…

At present i would not advise using this company, paid upfront for 10 lessons, cant even book them, we now just want our money back, and we cant get that! If something doesnt happen soon we will take them to small claims court! I will happily change this message if we get a call back, we called today at 18:53 with another promise of a call back. Dawn.

stay away from this company!

Have had the same issues as other posters. Paid up front for f10 lessons, massive difficulty getting instructors who just don't appear or stick to the times agreed by the receptionist and after 6 months I requested my money back(twice now) and no one is contacting me. Not a reputable company.

Never turned up nor Refunded...still…

Never turned up nor Refunded...still chasing up

Paid for 10 hours towards the start of Sep '19 to start in Sep end. The instructor never turned up and I was told the booking was never confirmed with the driver.
I called, emailed and texted multiple times and was told on the phone it would be flagged as urgent for my refund.
Nearly 3 months on still no refund.. really frustrated with them,
