I was sold a car that hadn’t been inspected properly and it was the worst car buying decision I’ve ever made. I repaired this car every month for over a year, the engine has a recall, but Hyundai won’t tell me if the engine was replaced. Now the engine is gone and Silver Rock wants me to come up with $5000 to repair it, obviously she knew I wouldn’t have it because I am disabled and on SSDI. 4 alternators because the in network mechanic couldn’t figure out the issue, he simply gave up and said that they did their part. A parasitic drawn that kept me down for 3 months, and that was just one out of the many issues that actually pushed me to bankruptcy… No lie… 100% true, not to mention my car insurance was $350 a month because of the area I lived in and the car has a high theft rate, which I had no idea of a the time of purchase

I had the worst experience with them!!!
I had the worst experience with them. The 1st sales woman was rude & unpersonable. I still purchased my vehicle. Omg did I love it, it was a GMC Terrain. Four days later the check engine light came on. I returned the vehicle for another one. But they didn't have anything I liked. So they put me in something until they got more inventory in. So I was waiting for more inventory to come in. They never received any so I returned that vehicle for a refund. They never sent the email that night or the next day prolonging the time for me to get my money back. And kept telling me sending a simple email was a process. Bottom line I will NEVER EVER purchase a vehicle from Highland Indiana Drive Time. Rude, disrespectful, liars that play with people time and money like its personal. I worked for it, I can purchase & decide what I want to spend my money on or not. I shouldn't be mistreated because of it!!!!!

manager and salesman lied by claiming they didn't know the reason why the check engine light came on. they just didn't want to repair it. truck was dirty and left With no gas. and salesman left dealer plate on truck and I had to waste my time and fuel to return tge plate. Good and bad experience
The customer service from Andre was amazing the car itself was a bit lackluster. The buying experience should be exciting. It wasn’t until I took an actual deeper look at the car I noticed more. I describe it as I feel like I borrowed a family member’s car. A bit dirty,dusty, definitely looks used. The wipers were tested during inspection but due to the temperature of the day I assumed the fluid was just frozen. After checking and filling it later (it was empty) it appears there a bigger issue. I called to ask about having it looked at onsite since I purchased it yesterday and was instructed to call a car repair shop. So not I have to invest MORE time to fix it myself. Very upsetting.
Update: I took it to one of the recommended repair shops and they basically refused to use the Silver Rock policy stating it takes forever to actually get refunded. I had to pay him cash for the repair.
I will be calling the reply number and will update this again.
