My sales person took the time to go through everything with me , made the process so easy and comfortable. I’m only in the 600s credit score wise but you wouldn’t know it by how well all the staff treated me . I will buy my next car from her and her associates from her on our. Thank you

Brag on Sales Rep.

I have to brag about the Sales Rep. that i just encountered at the North Houston location. I arrived via bus determined to leave with a vehicle. I was turned down due to not having a down payment. As I was walking out the door, my sales rep. Mike Adams stopped me and said let me try something. Another 2hours later and i was leaving with a vehicle. Mr. Adams took time with me, he didn't just give up! I recommend going with this rep. he made my car shopping experience wonderful.

Bad business

They gave me paperwork stating the vehicle I purchased was never in a accident/incident but it was in 2021. I purchased this a 2018 dodge journey on 6/12/2025, in the beginning of July the alternator went out in late August the left control arm is bad and now since October 27th until now it's something wrong with the engine. This vehicle was a Lemon from day one and Drive Time not doing or manning up for us as the consumers to make it right. Shame on Drive Time. My name is Veda Brown and I'm not given up on my rights for me and other consumers. Drivetime not responding that I have paperwork from them that this was never in a accident but I have paperwork that it was and they lied as a business and they defaulted me.

Sold a LEMON...

I got my car a 2016 Chevrolet Trax back in 2024 and within a week of having the car the tire light came on. Took it to the shop and they said the system is messed up and needed to be replaced over $400 to fix. Wasn't doing it. Long story short they sold me a LEMON, my car has been in the shop now for the third time. Even with warranty, we have spent a couple thousand dollars getting it repaired.
I should have known something was wrong with the car when the salesman only showed me this one vehicle. Oh yeah I feel like if you really don't have a big down payment they'll sale you whatever. Never again...
