My experience was quite stressful
My experience was quite stressful, me and my mother were arguing prior to purchasing the car, Daronn Mathews was our sales representative, at first, she was trying to get the car and then she managed talking me into it as well as Daronn Mathews, so prior to me leaving with the car, I got into it and asked the sales representative what the light was lit up for on the dash, he told me the tire needed air and that he would fill it before I left, he insisted that HE drive my car (I had already signed off on the purchase) to the air pump to fill it, at this point I started to feel uneasy, this was after I left him a good review and everything, he proceeded to put the air in my tire and when he backed out of the lot, he did so very aggressively and violently, causing me to believe he new something was wrong with my tire and that he was going to make it look like my fault, I made numerous attempts to call anyone I possibly could to help me get this issue resolved and I was told unfortunately drivetime would not do anything to help me get my tires fixed and are calling it road hazard and Daronn Matthew's was the sales representative who sold me the car and also was asked to call silver Rock and tell them about my tire, God only knows what this man actually said because they denied my claim and said unfortunately they won't cover it. This was not my fault or my doing. And I pray something good will come of all of this.
