Mr Edwards was great through out the whole car buying experience.

DO. NOT. BUY. Let me tell you about my experience. They were great at first, they made sure left a review before leaving the fay I bought the vehicle.
Well ONE MONTH later the car I bought is in ENGINE FAILURE. I no longer have a working vehicle. When I called the dealership they refuse to even speak to me! Thank God I bought the extended warranty otherwise I would be out $16,000. The oil pan had been repaired, so either they repair the vehicles just enough to sell them, or they don’t look at them at all.
Once they sell the junk cars they no longer car about the customer. Save yourself the stress, go somewhere else.

Today I went to drive time and I gave them all my information and I gave them everything else that they asked for that was qualified for me to get a car. I test drove a car and I did not leave with a car. They are advertising that they do help with good or bad credit. Well it was a very bad experience and I left feeling very awful because me and my family thought that we were gonna drive away with us a new car instead we walked away. It was so sad and depressing to explain to my children That we cannot get a car today because Mom did not get approved for the banks due to my low credit I’m trying to build.Better luck Elsewhere!!!!

I dealt with Glen for the purchase of my new to me car. He was friendly, polite,courteous, and kind of funny. He made me feel like we were just old friends that had sat down for a cup of coffee. The entire process did take a bit of time, but Glen made it seem like less with some friendly conversation. I went home in the car that I wanted and for less of a monthly payment than I originally thought it was going to be. Thank you Drivetime and Thank you Glen.

Big T and his team Jarameiah and Paul just to mention a few treated me like family the entire time I was there. From the time I walked in this establishment I felt welcome. They were definitely Gods diciples that day when it came down to my case. It started off with me having a few options and then turned out to me having many. Needless to say I actually drove off the lot with the vehicle I had been talking to God about. So if you're looking to purchase a reliable vehicle and have been denied everywhere else in the world these guys are the truth and they are extremely passionate about what they do!!! Remember denied just means delayed for something bigger,better and Greater is yet to come. Be encouraged & Stay positive and keep working on that credit even if you're approved.

Our experience buying our car was stress free and perfect! Our salesperson, Tandre was AMAZING! He was helpful, and took the time to explain everything to us! You don’t see that. The way we were treated was so different than other dealerships, absolutely no pressure to buy, and Tandre helped us get the right car for the best price. We’re definitely going to use Drive Time for our next vehicle!

I apologize for the late response, but Tandrae and Josh made it a very positive experience for me and my friend who came with me. I'll keep it simple: the whole process couldn't have gone any smoother. They just made it a good day, and it helped that it was a nice, sunny day, as well. What shocked me was that I could actually get the new license plates put on before I drove off the lot with the car. Thank you, guys!

My experience here was nothing less than amazing . From customer service to the quality of my car . The staff there made every moment enjoyable and not as nerve wrecking. Jeremiah made my purchase quick and easy . He's very straight forward, well mannered, and has the perfect personality . Overall he's an astonishing person. I will be bringing my family here to purchase their next ride !Love them! 10/10!!

I had a little bit of a hard time getting approved or getting an amount that I could afford and they helped me tremendously and made sure I drove a vehicle off the lot that same day. It was my first time financing, I’m happy with my experience and the two guys who helped me! Thanks again so much!
