Exceptional customer Service..Everyone was friendly and inviting..special shout out to Tyler, Sean, and Derrick...Tyler went out of his way and even stayed late to make sure I was happy with my purchase, understood all the fine print, and was a satisfied customer!! I can't speak highly enough of this crew. They made my car buying dreams come true. And definitely went above and beyond....thank you so much Drivetime.

Started on internet.. then to Birmingham where Matthew went above and beyond to find us a truck that fit our needs for my husband's job..

The employees were very helpful and got me out fast. It was very painless process compared to a traditional dealership. The only issue I have is that I got a 2021 civic and the AM/FM part of the radio isn't working and I was sent off to figure it out on my own. Other than that, I would go back and recommend.

The worst car purchase experience ever had!!! Bought a lemon from DriveTime in Antioch Tennessee in 2017 right up to now that car don't worth s***. If you don't start this car everyday, you will come on the next morning and it's dead. DriveTime loans are through a company called bridgecrest. Bridgecrest is the worst. they don't work with you. All they do is pile up interest on you. From I got this car for the past 6 years This car gives me problem. Had I depend on this car and bridgecrest I would of been a homeless on the street. I refuse to pay them any longer and went to a buy here pay here and bought me a vehicle it's a shame I got a vehicle from a buy here pay here I never had a problem with it. called bridgecrest they tell you all kind of round the road talk! silver Rock was useless because silver rock send you to who they want to send you to. where they send you it can be a hour away from your location where you live and they don't care! Drive time vehicles look good but they are loaded with tons of high miles too much miles on those vehicles!!!! They only want to make a sale they don't care! The miles are high most of the vehicles you end up having a problem with! I'm talking from my experience and from my sister's experience! I would not recommend anybody to buy vehicle from DriveTime to go through what I am still now going through with bridgecrest. Doing covid you couldn't work, they didn't care, bridgecrest still gave you negative credit report! You call them they'll make payment arrangements with you,they still give you bad credit. Your phone ring from 7:00 in the morning they're calling you. I have two more payments to make it will be the happiest day of my life to get rid of them only thing I can do with this piece of s*** car is take it to the recycling! I spent over $6,000 trying to repair the electrical problem in this vehicle to no avail. I should have gone to the buy here pay here from the get-go and I would have had $40,000. Because that's how much is costing me when I'm done paying bridgecrest this last two payments on a vehicle which was $14,000 The interest is so freaking high and you go into drive time every damn location they have, here comes the sweet talk you better off going to buy here pay here! If you need to bill your credit there's many ways you can bill your credit. Bank of America gives you a secure credit card, Navy Federal gives you secure credit card, there's many banks that will give you our secure credit and they reported a credit bureau every month. Just make your payments on time and watch your credit grow.you're better off because drive time is a thorn in your ass!

Our salesman Gus and the Manger at the Antioch Drivetime when above and beyond to make me comfortable and welcome. Gus went over everything with me and was extremely helpful. It was an easy car buying experience.

If you are looking for something reliable or durable. Then avoid drive time at all costs. I have been living in car buyers Hell for the past year due to multiple failed attempts at trying to get DriveTime to fix their wrongs. My vehicle may look pretty on the outside, or at least from what you can see. Although truthfully, there’s nothing beautiful about it. The whole undercarriage of the vehicle is completely rusted out. To the point that it is like pulling teeth to find a mechanic to touch it, or let alone, put it on one of their racks. You know it’s something when Jeep says the vehicle should have been auctioned for parts. You know what DriveTimes response to them “Jeep,” and the previous mechanics, Precision Auto Tune, Precision Auto Care, AutoZone and multiple Firestones was? Repairs Denied or She reported this last year and we denied repairs. They offered to cover the work to put on a bracket. Every time leaving me with a bill of over $1000 worth of work. In today’s economy do you think that’s really something affordable, when I’m already paying them over $500 a month. Especially for a vehicle with damages that I did not cause. The vehicle isn’t down from user wear and tear. The vehicle is falling apart from the undercarriage. So, now I’m coming to the Internet for a bigger platform. Until they make this right. I was told if I mentioned anything legal all calls must stop. No longer will they silence me. Or try and force a repossession on me. I haven’t been able to drive my vehicle over 3 miles without it quitting on me. I have toddlers, that have been in this vehicle when it stopped. Would you put your family in this?

I have purchased cars elsewhere and it was like pulling teeth to get it done but these guys were friendly and professional….I would recommend drive time to any one
