I arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was promptly greeted upon arrival. I waited for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until the salesperson became available. I informed her about the car I was interested in, and she had the vehicle brought up front. We proceeded to take the car for a test drive around the block.
Overall, the experience went fairly well. However, I did notice that the car will need new tires soon, which is understandable given the mileage and the likelihood that it was a rental vehicle. After the test drive, we began the paperwork process. At that point, the salesperson mentioned a price that differed from what was originally listed online. When I brought this up, she explained that the price I saw did not include the extended warranty and GAP insurance. While I understand these options are optional, they were not clearly indicated in the online price. Although I believe I would have purchased them regardless, the way she tried to present these add-ons felt somewhat shady.
The total price ended up being higher due to these additional options. After completing all the paperwork, I went to the car and noticed that it had not been cleaned and that the gas tank was not filled. While I realize this is common practice at many, if not all, dealerships, it still felt like a missed opportunity for better service.
DriveTime is a subprime dealership, but even customers with limited options deserve respectful and transparent service, as their money is just as valuable as everyone else’s.

I bought my car on February the 3rd the salesman Ryan sold me this car & in a few weeks the car has been smoking & screeching having problems I took it to pepboys like they asked from Silverrock they didn’t fix it then I took a hour drive & it started to malfunction run hot leak oil belt popped & I was told to take it to another repair facility to have it fix they never told me I had 5 days to switch out my car that’s not enough time to know if something is wrong I’m very upset with this situation and I’m fed up I haven’t had the car 1 month and it has all of these issues DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE I was stuck on the side of the road they don’t pay for road side assistance they don’t honor their end of the deal

Just an update from nurse William here. I've now been without the Jeep Renegade I purchased in Tampa on December 21st for almost a month. The mechanic shop up in Missouri where it died for the SIXTH time in just over a month's time now says that the "new" engine being installed has tons of broken bolts all throughout it and will require time to clean out. They also explained to me that they have absolutely NO clue how old the engine is......or how many miles are on it. It's wonderful that Drivetime commented on my last review that I could reach out to their customer care department, but the odd thing about that is that the customer care department told me numerous times that they could offer me no assistance. Maybe there's a secret number I'm not aware of? Oh....and also I've been made aware by Bridgecrest....the financing company....that the vehicle is now in repossession status.

Talk to the Sales manager over the phone. Worked out all the details before going in to sign the paper work. Let them know I have Family in town and needed to be in and out in 45 mins. I arrived, they had all the paperwork ready, the car was ready and was in/out in the time they said. Will definitely go back to Drive Time in Tampa FL

My tire sensor light was flashing Anthony advised this happens often I simply need to put air in the tire. WRONG back tire sensors broke $1100 to be repaired at Kia. Please do not drive off if you experience any issues with a car from this company. I knew better next time I will do better. I should have known when the battery went dead after I test drove the vehicle to leave it on the lot. On the other hand very nice vehicle I would purchase directly from the dealer…. Currently heading to submit my BBB complaint
