Christian was excellent. Had no expectations and he surprised me. My wife and I got in and out. Even stayed late after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Would definitely do this again.
Although pricing and such were at a higher rate because of my age..the process was smooth. There was no hassle, I was helped by Jake Sandberg and it truly was an amazing experience buying my first car!
The staff was very professional and I want to say that Raymond Ponder did an excellent job with getting me in my new vehicle
The gentlemen, Sam and Christian, were great but the car, upon getting in to drive it off the parking lot, had the check engine light come on!!! I had to take it over to the dealership's mechanic and was told it needs spark plugs replaced. A person doesn't expect to get a car and it immediately have a problem. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

Very easy process due to get staff, Cicero and Christopher. They gave great customer service.

Christian was an awesome salesperson. He was friendly and personable. He made me feel comfortable in the purchase of my vehicle. He was a multitasker and attentive.
Samuel was very nice and knowledgeable. The process was fast and painless.
I think your company is terrible Pick your down payment and monthly payments are a lie

Been car hunting for about 6 months started with Drive time. Visited many locations and finally found a happy medium at the west location with the help of Christopher.
When I got to the dealer with my pre-approval and down payment I picked a car. On the way home with that car 2018 ford escape, the check engine light came on. I returned the car the next day, I took delivery of a 2021 Kia forte which looked like it had body work done. I didn’t mind. I paid $250 for a key fob and I went back to the dealer to get it programmed by an independent key maker. I looked under the hood and lo and behold the hood wouldn’t latch. It was 730 at this time. I said I wanted a Kia forte and the guy said you can go to south Houston cause they have one. I told the guy how the hell you want me to get there in time before they close. The guy said well you can get an Uber. I said are you paying for it and he said no! Well then u can pick another car here. I’ve never felt so hopeless in my life. I needed a car and this a hole took every advantage of the situation. I said at least get me a refund on the key that I paid for that I had no use for. He said they will not refund the $250. All it came with was a valet key and not a key fob. Had to take off the small cover over the key thing on the door handle. These thieves kept the car key that I paid for myself. I had to have a car so I settled for a 2021 Jeep renegade. I’m happy with that one but I do not like the way they couldn’t give a damn about my situation.

Customer service wasn’t what I expected. Salesman never got up from his desk, to go outside with me to pick out my car. He also didn’t come outside while I had to do the car check list. No excuse weather was great. Totally wasn’t satisfied with the customer service. The car I purchase, was only half full. No one washed, or vacuumed the car. DriveTime needs to do better.

John is really in the right business. I didn’t feel pressured, he wasn't irritated I changed my mind on cars, and he has a customer service personality. Had I felt pressured, I wouldn’t have purchased a car, but he made my experience better than any other.
I felt rushed and not wanted but I needed a car. The sales rep. was not welcoming.
