I was able to do my application from home & get nice vehicle that had everything that I asked for . Isidro Martinez was very helpful, nice and patient. He had the car ready & reserved for me when I got there .I took it for a test drive signed the rest of the documents & was on my way with my new vehicle. I will definitely refer my friends & family!

It’s super easy to get a car from drive time and over the years I have had some really good experience with them my only concern is some of their policies are a little odd to me it’s kind of hard to trade a car back to them even if they tell you that you’re outstanding customer and is eligible for a upgrade but when you go to the dealership it’s a little different than what they tell you online

Worst place to go
Worst place to go. They tell you all you need is $500 down on the cars. Then when you get there they tell you that you need 50% Down to get a car. Then they tell us that they don't answer the phones some one in a different State answers the phones when you call. Get your Business correct instead of wasting peoples time and money.

I had a great experience finding a car with DriveTime in Pensacola, Florida. Jeremiah H. was a fairly new salesman but I appreciated how thorough he was with explaining each car and their features. He walked me through everything there was to know about the vehicle and we performed the inspection together. Marquis C. was particularly helpful as well by making my mom and I feel welcomed and comfortable. I felt very knowledgeable in every step of the process. I would recommend DriveTime to anyone looking for a car without the best credit. I was turned down everywhere else I went to and they gave me the chance I needed.
