Customer service great

My son buys all his clothes from Dropdead. I ordered him some items for Xmas that got lost in the Royal Mail system. Contacted Dropdead who re-sent the order straightaway and I have received before Xmas. Clothing really good quality, would highly recommend

Excellent

Bought a cardigan, reduced from £120 to £80, so you’d expect quality and higher standards from them, cheapest cost DPD delivery I’ve seen to, I was concerned as due to personal situation I needed it next day, they had firstly AI customer service for instant response then human reply, was updated sharpish and it was with me next day.. perfect.

Opened bag, fabric is great, the buttons are unusual and stylishly cool,the stitching and detail was all brilliant and I’m thoroughly happy and I’m a picky person. I’m unsure of why it’s had bad marks and can’t say if they’re real or not but for November 2025 the quality is excellent and delivery and service are A*

Love it.

I use drop dead now and then to treat myself or my partner.
App can have bugs but website always works OK.
Clothes are good quality.
I had to return the item to exchange for different size only once and had no issues doing that whatsoever.
I wish there were children sized tops. My son would love it.

Drop Dead Dollababy

Drop Dead Dollababy - don't get caught! Worst experience. They truly scam people. My friend has $79 store credit which never expires as confirmed by them and they never let her use it to buy legit purchases. She sent about 8 emails asking if she can use this for her new shopping purchases. They totally robbed her. Please spread the word. Don't let anyone get caught in their scam

Bad quality and terrible refund policy

Well.. to sum up: high quality lookbook, terrible quality cloths.

I stopped buying from them years ago for the same quality issue and I hoped their recent increase in price would indicate a better quality. What a mistake. Purchased a 150€ sherpa pullover that feel plasticky and poor quality. The pattern on it would probably been washed out after one or two washes. The density and the touch of the fluffy fabric is over all bad.

Then the problem starts. 30€ to send it back to get a refund. Drop Dead imposes you to choose between UPS or DHL in order to return the product. For the price point of this brand, I feel very upset that this cost is at the charge of the customer. Or at least let me chose a way to send it back for a lower cost…

In the end, once I’ve been refunded, it would have paied more than 40€ just in delivery cost. That’s a lot of money to be disappointed by a brand that sell bad quality cloths at high price.

Incredible customer service and great quality items!!

The customer service that drop dead provides is incredible. Had a bit of trouble sorting out a discount code and they were so kind and helpful. My item came and the quality of the jacket is such great value. Unfortunately it was a little big so I exchanged it for a smaller size and the process of doing this was genuinely effortless and took such a small amount of time to do. I wish other companies operated the way that drop dead do.

I would ignore old reviews as there has been an overhaul

Drop Dead has had a dramatic shift in quality and such so older reviews although valid, do not hold up to todays brand.
I Have order 2 items from drop dead and the experience has been nothing but easy and perfect, Both items were delivered within a day, which is amazing, and both items were very good quality, they’re comfortable and feel nice.
I did have an issue with the second thing I bought, and after contacting customer service I was responded to very quickly, they were very apologetic and paid for me to return the item. The thing I liked about customer service the most is that it felt like you were actually talking to someone rather than some automated response list. And on top of that the replacement I was given arrived next day again, this company is extremely consumer friendly which is hard to come by these days. Oli has done a good job building this brand and can’t wait to see future releases.

Poor item quality

Poor item quality, expensive and the Facebook page deletes comments about the fact the t-shirts fade very easily. Used to be a good brand, now is just filled with greed.

Seriously, deleting comments that warn other buyers? Gross.

T shirts used to cost around £25 and now they’re up to 40-70 which is insane. Don’t waste your money, looks edgy but that’s about it.

they've come so far

drop dead's designs have come so far since their 2015 era (not that i have anything against that era. but i think they've improved). i adore everything i own from dropdead so far. customer service is fantastic -- i asked them to hold my order during university move-in (i couldn't accept any packages for a while), and they were completely fine with it! the blanks they use for tees seem high quality, though make sure you check the sizing charts because their tees are *very* oversized, but the measurements i've found to be accurate!

Poor quality

Bought a jacket from drop dead over Xmas and only worn a few times and it’s falling apart. Can’t believe how cheap the quality is!
Customer service is a joke they expect me to pay to get the item fixed and they will give me a discount?!

Cancelled Order Without Payment

I placed an order from drop dead and the order was received. A few days later I was mailed saying it failed a routine check and the money will be refunded to the card owner. I mailed them later saying the card will expire five days later and they ignored the message. I have called about 3 times, Mailed and sent messages from their website without reply ever since. The card has expired and they have not yet refunded my order. This is a very bad experience and terrible customer care, even though this is Christmas time, I gave them a weeks notice without reply. Their live chat is also never active.

No problems

My order went to Germany and I had no problems at all. It was dispatched within one day and only took 4 or 5 days to arrive. I am totally happy with DROPDEAD and will probably order again sometime soon.
