Ordered Drum case as instructed - quick delivery - wrong size (my error) - ordered the correct size - emailed CS department who replied first thing Monday - sent back incorrect case Refunded literally next day - product great - would have used it as a cat bed too if I had a cat 🤣

The team were exceptional by providing me with brilliant advice on the correct drum kit for my son and highly recommending multiple options for me from new to second hand. they discussed his musical preferences and experience and took me through various options. They then got it out to me very fast for his birthday. Highly recommend

Although the order was slightly delayed (awaiting stock) I was kept informed of progress and was happy to wait.

After a frightening experience of bursting my Macho (wee) bongo drum skin and couple of hours before band sesh I knew I needed a new one AND rim...
Straight back onto the Drumshack Web site to order a new set and there they were, easy to locate and order
Contacting Drumshack to book said skin and rim speaking directly with staff Alex and others later it was explained in simple terms that they could get skin and rim directly from Meinl in Germany but in 3 weeks... Alex kept in touch when items arrived and got my kit to me ASAP... brilliant service from top to bottom... can't thank them enough... may have to order new Hembra skin now to match top quality skin ...

Received a call after placing my order to give me a time estimate for delivery from the supplier and in the process helped me source another item that i had been struggling to get hold of! I have used drumshack many times over the years and they have always been fantastic. Fast, well-packaged delivery, great customer service. These guys obviously care about doing things properly. my go-to drum shop!
