Look after the small shop gems
Having seen the loss of some amazing small specialist drum shops over my playing years (DrumWright Woodley, Electro-Music Doncaster) was great to find DrumShack and deal again with folks that are genuinely passionate, really care, understand and respond to their customers rather than cold large corporates. Easy no hassle ordering and quick delivery
Easy no hassle ordering and quick accurate delivery. What more could you want! The drum kit was well packed as was the hardware and drum cases ordered. Delivery was in 3 parts but wasn't told this so there was a bit of confusion as to what was arriving when. However it all worked out well and the kit is excellent, good value for money and exactly as described. Would use again!

We needed what we thought was a larger than normal bass drum case, once we had ordered online, the team called and emailed us to check and provided us with the information we needed to ensure that we purchased exactly what we needed. Very helpful and professional
John at drum shack was very professional and helpful. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and would take another 14 days to arrive. John very kindly offered me a replacement that cost £10 more than the one I had ordered, he wavered the £10 for me. The items arrived the next day.

Really positive experience
Really positive experience. Brought Mapex 6 piece drum set and stool. The stool I ordered online was out of stock, but was called and changed to a better one. Very good service and speedy delivery. Would recommend buying from them.
