Pathetic, excuse for architects. At best C grade designers. No oomph, just a fancy office. Keshiv, is a D grade novice, if that, he has no control or expertise when it comes to real life design or build understanding. Mehul, who was pushed on us, was a unexperienced puppet but championed by Keshiv... ultimately we ended in dismay and wasted allot of time and money, they kept blaming everything on everyone else and took no action or responsibility. The other director was a complete dry bimbo, with no idea about anything design or architecture, she was more interested in making small pervy talk and flirting then actually answering any real concerns, proper deflector.. only person we liked was the admin girl, kylie, at least she didn't lie and was honest throughout the ridiculous farce we experienced.

Please, don't use these fake architects. The director maybe registered (but has no clue on anything or any technical knowledge or even how to build a porch) his staff are all kids, with no expertise, his wife is working there as as a director. she's a joke and weirdo. Its a very poorly run firm with no experience or actual buildable experience. I used them as a builder of 30 yrs, i know my stuff, some how these un-experienced kids are trying to help people. Please, don't use these fake architects.
