All the staff from the beginning to the end helped but Jhoi Bakhtiyorova played a very crucial role in arranging the visa which only took hours rather than days to come through. i thought the whatsapp message was to request further documents or information from my wife but it was actually the visa. Very suspicious site. You cannot track visa process and gives absolutly zero proof that they have applied for a visa. Does not bother to inform about status. When i inquired just stated its been rejected. Then stopped communication.

This isn’t an issue— I am however very disappointed with how extremely rude and condescending the agent was and the fact that they did not reply nicely to any of my queries and worries about applying with a passport with a low approval rate. I made the payment but they wouldn’t give me proof that the application had even been submitted. I was unhappy with the attitude I was receiving on Whatsapp so I tried the chat on the website only no reply . They make pdf gile attached with XL WORLD THEY EDITED JET LIKE THAT AND THEN THEY SEND TO EASY THEY SAY IT REJECTED HOW MAN THIS IS SCAM CAIRFULL EVERY ONE PLEASE. They operated as both Sophia and Haroon and ignored my messages/email again until I asked for an update on the application 2 days later and then they ignored my subsequent messages after sending me the copy of the application rejection. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Feels Like a Scam

I recently applied for a visa through this website, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I usually use another service for my visa applications. They take a bit longer to process, but I always get my visa in the end. This time, I decided to try this site because their promises sounded very convincing – they claimed they could deliver the visa within 2 days and that rejection would only happen if someone had been deported before or had a criminal record. Neither of these apply to me.

Before applying, I asked them exactly what documents were needed. They told me they only required my passport and proof of funds. They said they would handle the flight and hotel bookings themselves, which I didn’t fully understand but trusted at the time.

I paid the full amount, and just one day later, they sent me a rejection. This was very strange to me, as I have traveled to Dubai many times and never had a visa refused. They never asked me for any additional documents until I suggested it, but their response made it seem like they were never going to submit my application anyway.

I did some research and checked the official government website – nothing had been submitted in my name. This makes me believe they never even tried to apply for my visa. After the rejection, they completely stopped responding to my messages.

So please, be very careful where you spend your money. I can confidently say: do NOT use this site. It feels like a complete scam – they take your money and don’t even send the application. Once you’ve paid, they disappear
