Dubranchet 

Good design, but NOT what I was expecting, in terms of quality. I ordered 2 pairs. The biker grey and the vintage black. On the vintage black, the mechanism for lifting one of the two lenses was bented, resulting a bad fit between the 2 lenses. Not worth on sending them back for replacement. I don't think I will be ordering again.

Sunglasses look fantastic and fit really well. They arrived within the time stated. Great service.

I don’t recommend people to deal with you , you are Exemple of not professional work, i made my order for 2 peace of sunglasses it almost 2 month ,are you serious ? This not a delay this is Stupid manier how you treat people i swar to god when im gonna receive the items i will broke them by my feet ,i had enough from your automatic response of sorry MR or sorry Mme , customers dont need these pink words we need work and save you vocabulary to your self , really you are the most disaster terrible company i have seen ever in my life i tried to call DHL they said check with the poste i call again the poste they said the item in transit when i checked my track number online it’s showing in transit to destination , how me my order in transit to destination for 20 days i send many email nobody care nobody can tell where is my order exactly i can go and collect it by my self , your are not able to answer my simple question where is my items ? And you know why ? Because you are weak

I ordered 2 pairs seeing an insta post and received them in some days by post, one had a missing piece and on conveying the team gladly and promptly replaced it, hadn't expected such promptness and service orientation, they truly made me happy :)

Heads up! After the purchase, you get the opportunity to exchange the full purchase price for a review, which explains the many unjustified 5* ratings.

It is not a French/European company as it first appears! The return shipment to the USA must be carried by the customer.

Dubranchet is one of the best online buying experiences I have had. The sunglasses are great quality and fashionable. But, that is besides the point. I ordered sunglasses from Dubranchet and because of some problem at the customs, I was not getting my order. Dubranchet not only solved that for me, but, also gave me the sunglasses for free. These are amazing people to do business with and I will highly recommend buying sunglasses from Dubranchet.

I ordered two pairs of these and they’re my FAVORITE sunglasses ever! I will admit, I was a bit skeptical from the comments on Instagram of people not receiving their orders, however, I received them today after waiting about 2-3 weeks (which is understandable). Although they take some time to get to you, this is a legitimate brand and they are trying their BEST to get their products out to you but I guarantee they are legit and you will get a good quality product. Depending on your area, it might take longer but I guarantee you won’t regret the wait. I definitely DO NOT REGRET ordering these. The best!

Firstly great job with your product. As an avid sungalsses collector myself i love to buy different shades from various manufacturers and hence when i came across your brand I was keen to try them on.

Had been a long wait ( for India - 12 days ) but surely was worth every penny. Loved the product and the complimentary pair is also excellent. Biker Leopard and Gentleman.

Great value for money. Keep it up guys and cant wait for your brand to open a store in India.

So after 19 days waiting for my sunglasses i got my package and there is some metal BS inside but no sunglasses.
I feel scammed
Edit: after 21 days still no new package, how it cant be your package when it has the same tracking number label on it?
Edit 2: After one month i finally got the sunglasses. I change my original 1 star review to 3 stars because of the commitment and communication from Dubranchet. But still not a pleasant experience.

Customer service was commendable. The owner messaged me on instagram and delivered a pair of sunglasses thru overnight shipping. If you have a problem, they take some time but ultimately find a solution. The quality is worth $39.

Updated review: Have placed an order 10 days ago and the product was shipped within a day as promised. However, the shipping information was not provided, nor did the customer service know that indeed my order was shipped. I am looking forward to receiving the product!

Really dissapointed, very bad quality, The only reason it has good reviews is because if you do so they refund you the payment done, i waited almost a month for the shipping and it was not what i expected

I can’t emphasis enough how amazing and helpful the customer service has been with helping me with my order. They are extremely tentative and took the time to explain things out when needed. My order has been received and love my glasses!
