My experience with Dubranchet was the worst experience ever i had dealing with online shopping. First the delivery was sooo slow. The package arrived 6 weeks after I ordered. I wanted it to be a Christmas present but the package arrived too late. I was always in contact with the customer Service and told them I need it for Christmas and they told me several times it will be there in time. And in the end the quality was so poor, I had to send back everything. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!!

A very low quality product, materials and design don’t match the description photos.
Don’t waste your time and money...
I wanted to return them, on their website they have the reurn policy.
I contacted them several times by email, on their website chat(which is not working I think), I got no answer.

Careful if you want to return these. I received my order in time, no problems at all. The order was dispatched from NSW, Australia. After I received these, I noticed that the sunnies didnt fit me well. So, I thought I would return. But when I checked the return policy, they asked me to send it back to France for a refund :(. I understand that this might be their policy, but I'm not going to spend on internal shipping to get back $50.

I have to be honest, I thought it was a scam because after I put my order, it took more than one month And I have never received any notification of my order... I sent a lot of mails to support team... and they told me that the parcel got lost in some country... so they sent me my order again with another pair of glasses as a gift via DHL express. At the begining I thought if was another scam but 5 days later I received my order with an additional pair of glasses. All sunglasses are as they show in its webpage. (Absolutely nice for the price)
