Ordered two pairs recently - was rather dubious at first as i have always owned premium designer sunglasses. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Great quality build and a premium feel. Would definately recommend!!

The worst ever customer service. I ordered items from them as of September 5th 2018. Until now which is 31st of October, no item delivered. Been in contact with their customer service named Sarah but the thing is she doesn't care if the item was received or not. Scam company when it comes to their policy.

Update as of Oct. 31st 2018: "Sarah" contacted me again after an hour of writing my review about them on this site. She offered options regarding my order but in return she asked me a take down my initial review about their company. The options are: they'll be sending me a new package for my order (I said no, my initial order has not been delivered yet so how this second package be like?) or they'll give me a partial refund, which I take as an insult. I told them they'll refund me partially for an order I paid in full yet I didn't received anything at all and asked them if that's logical. Of course I refuse both options because that small amount I paid is nothing for me to tell to other customers how this company works and how bad the customer service is. Like how I expected after sending the email, Sarah didn't respond anything anymore not even an apology.

Too bad that it's not possible to post photos here so I can add screenshots of my email communication with this company.

I contacted my bank regarding this matter and I told them that I've been waiting for my order to arrived for almost 2 months. I was advised that they will contact Dubranchet and have my transaction reversed/refunded. So I suggest to other people who experienced this situation and I can read few like mine here to contact their banks and do the same.

The sunglasses are of a very high quality and service is very prompt and precise professional. I recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for a good pair of sunglasses

to be honest i hard time with shipment arrival. once it arrived it was worth waiting awesome stuff and constant support from the team.

My overall experience has not been very good due to delay in delivery which was extremely frustrating and annoying but when I received my glasses I was satisfied...The product is exactly the same as it looks on the website.... you can order the glasses but do remember that it will take time to be delivered
