Disgraceful
I'm finding it hard to explain how utterly ridiculous my experience with Dubranchet has been. This company does not care for its customers and it's by far the worst online shopping experience, I have encountered. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach their customer support, I'm resorting to this review in very little hope that my query will be resolved. They sell sub-standard products at an extremely high price. That's if you are lucky to receive the product!
