It's a scam. They sent two emails without offering order confirmation.
They should be taken down.
I paid with my debit card and have frozen it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I too have been scammed by a very legitimate looking Dune website. No proper purchase confirmation, only two emails from a private gmail account to say payments will show as CHIROPRACTICEXPEIRIEN & SAWTOOTHTIGERS. Nothing relating to Dune at all. Also states in USD. I have sent an email but have not received any reply. Gutted as been watching a pair of boots for a while and was super excited when it looked like they were now in the sale! It has been reported to my Credit Card company. Fortunately I can claim the money back but the time I have waisted on this can’t be!

All in GBP but when it came to paying USD! Should of clocked this was a scam, contact email bounced and receive tracking! I also agree Google shouldn’t have this on their search needs to be closed straight away!

Fraud alert !!!!
I had ordered around 110£ worth of handbags. While making the payment the subtotal was shown in USD$ and in the invoice it’s showing £88 and I got deducted 104£ from my bank. After payment I haven’t received any email of confirmation. first and foremost I rang my bank and blocked the card.

SCAM website do not buy
These people have replicated the DUNE website and are ripping people off. Ordered a bag and no email confirmation as expected from DUNE but an email taking my money I’m dollars. Emailed immediately for refund but nothing and no bag after 5 weeks. Keep emailing bug nothing will have to get on to credit card company now as like other people on this site received some strange fake Cartier ring
Have contacted DUNE and they are aware of these awful people and their legal people trying to get the site taken down

Literally about to pay when lat minutes asked to confirm money and noticed was in euros! Didn’t proceed. Hoping they didn’t take anything. Scam and continues to be top listed on Google and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Google is allowing this. It’s above the real Dune website and looks totally legitimate.

I have just been scammed by this websites I paid £61 for a pair of boots and a backpack I've just received a pair of fake Ray-Ban sunglasses from China

As per another review this very week, I have had the same experience.
I like to consider myself as ultra tech savvy and fraud-aware. I was fooled by this website and after waiting a month for my order to arrive I also received a random Cartier ring - not the two pairs of shoes I was expecting!
It appears the website no longer exists now. Will try and claim back through Credit Card.

Scam website was fooled by this and today received a random Cartier ring - obvs fake! From a woman in china recorded delivery!

Dune outlet site is a scam but it is not connected to Dune and they are aware of it and have been seeking legal advice and action. I had it confirmed when I was caught out at the end of September. Its a very clever scam site as it even had the padlock on it although it wasn't real. Dune have also lost business and reputation through these scammers and its not easy stopping them. After contacting Dune and Google who allowed the scammers prime CSA position online above the real Dune site. The scam site has now been removed but that only means they will put another one up hence Dune discussing it with their legal team.
We had our money back from our bank TSB and were initially told to wait 15 days but after we had confirmation by email in writing from Dune that it was a scam we rang the bank back and filled out the form over the phone and had a full refund in 24 hrs.
Check your bank have followed the correct procedures.
Don't blame Dune they are victims too
Contact Google by email explaining the scam in detail and that its ruining the actual real sites reputation and telling them the scam site Web address. Google will not want the legal backlash from a large company because they allowed a scammer a higher CSA (ads first on your search) than they have paid for.
Hope this advice helps others. Still angry but at the scammers and not Dune.

This is a scam website and no one should use or visit. Ordered shoes and bag and alarm bells when card was charged in Yen! Nothing received until today I received some random ring from a Lin Qiao Fujian 351100, China?? Buyers beware

Then checked my bank account and it’s some next level name that my money has gone to no email confirmation nothing

I ordered some Dune trainers from this website. Going by the website everything seemed legit and then it went down hill after payment!!
They took more than they should of and any emails I received were really unprofessional and from a gmail account which I thought was slightly odd. Also the money went to Singapore.
I contacted my bank and they have told me to wait 15 days and if I don’t receive the goods then I will get my money back.
Since speaking to my bank I have received an email with tracking details and I am able to actually track the trainers with royal-mail.
I will be very curious to see what these trainers are like, especially because I have since bought the trainers from the REAL website , so I can compare.
If I receive these trainers they will be copies .

As the others said I cant believe this was a scam website . It looked 100% authentic! Charged me £42 for boots but no confirmation email nor boots sent. Feel cross and silly. Dune if you can do anything about this please do as it does affect your reputation purely as they pretend to be you!!

Had over £100 taken by this scam website. The website didn’t look suspicious until no confirmation and then a very unprofessional email. Bank aware and stopped my card not sure if I will be able to get money back.

Same experience as everyone else. Shattered my confidence in this brand who I order from often. Contacted Dune they say they are aware.

I can’t believe I’ve been so stupid definitely a SCAM!!!.Contacted my bank and they have put a block on any more money coming from my account from this company.
