F*** I can't believe dune london outlet SCAM ME.. I wish I read the reviews first.. i can't believe this site still not ban.. after the transaction no any email or confirmation.. I hope dune london can make moves to ban this f****** scam site..

Scam website just list £65 to them. Reported to bank and had to block card now need to call Dune to try and retrieve money

Scam. Made to look like Dune website. Took more than expected. Tried to take 3 times. Realised when no confirmation email came and poor grammar email. Thank god Halifax credit card was so on the ball to stop 2nd and 3rd payment. Now claiming 1st back too.

Furious bank stopped my card as they will have card number otherwise they could try again.
I’m contacting Dune as this is not acceptable bank will pay me the money back after 15 days time .

This is a definite fraudulent website, prices were too good to be true, only payment option was by credit card. All reputable companies offers PayPal/ Google pay etc. This website made me think they just wanted our card details and take out our money. Should avoid at any cost and report to your bank if you accidentally gave them your bank details

SCAM, don't use. Annoyed as it had a padlock for online security. Plus it has a sponsored position on Google.....its still bloody there!!

I too ordered from this site. I have no order confirmation. The payment is pending to a Bank in Singapore and cannot cancelled. I have to wait until the payment has been processed and then dispute the payment. I wish I had read the reviews first. However I thought I was ordering from a reputable site. Fuming!

Its a scam. They get your credit card number take money. Realised when I got this dodgy email with rubbish spelling. Reported to my bank and to Dune. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Too cheap for the range and size availability, looked at their customer service info and saw red flags everywhere, for example a gmail email address.

This website is a scam . Please do not order from them.
I have to wait 15 days to claim my money back ,but have told the bank it's a scam.
No confirmation of order and more money taken out as said.
I thought the price was to good to be true and it was. It also says uk but then money taken out of my account for transfer rates.
I wish something could be done to remove it as it comes up every time I put in Dune London.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I'd listened to my gut that said the website seemed a bit dodgy. I wish I'd checked here first and checked their 'Customer service' section that comprises of an email address that does not work. No order confirmation email, money charged in dollars not pounds and more taken than advertised. Please don't be scammed like I was.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Card transaction went through in Chinese currency and not GBP and for a higher amount. No email order confirmation received and email from payment processor but they don’t exist. My bank are disputing transaction to hope to get my money back!

I wish I can leave a no star. STAY OFF this SITE it’s purely SCAM!!!!!!! I can’t scream enough hopefully the real DUNE will look into it. Thankful my bank picked it up fast and flagged it so no money lost.
