After order has been placed they've been sending emails like: "order will arrive in stock in 3 days", it happened 3 times, until I ran out of patience and canceled the order.

DO NOT PRE-ORDER GAMES FROM HERE!
I pre-ordered Rise of the Ronin for ps5 29 january and the release date for the game was 22 march. I talked with customer support days before the release date just to make sure that I will get my copy by mail on the release date. The ensured me that I will get it and that they already had the game 2 days before the release so the ones who preorded can get it in time for the release. They instead sent the game one day before the release after 14:00 meaning in Sweden if a company don't send something before 14:00 it means you won't get it next day. I contacted them again after14:00 one day before the release and then they said that they don't prioritize these types of orders. How can they not prioriteze customers that pre order a game 2 months before release???? Isn't it the meaning with pre-orders that you prioritize those so the customer can have the game on the day of the release?? In this case it was all Dustins fault because they waited so long to send the game. I will never buy anything from this company no more because I was looking forward to play the game on the weekend and I thought it will get delivered to me on Friday. Never again!
Update: as the answer says. I got contacted by customer support and I got compensated for 400sek even after sending the game back because I bought it from a store instead. Thanks!

Got a damaged product and in order to get my money back I'd send it back but I just wanted to have them send a replacement-part because only one part of it was broken. This thing is very big and heavy too and I started using it too because I thought they would just send me a new part.

I can understand it being troublesome to send back a heavy product and that sometimes it can be easier to just send out a replacement part.
But it is not always we can get a hold on a replacement part.
When you were in contact with Dustin customer service, did you ask about this?
If not, I would try contacting them about it at kundservice@dustinhome.se because I am sure they will look into the possibility for a new part for you if they haven't already done that.

PS5 Controller for son
Ordered a PS5 controller for my son. They were out of stock so we had to wait 4 more weeks until the shipment arrived.
Not only did they not send the controller, I had to reach out to them myself and ask what was going on with the order.
No customer retention, no update, nothing. Just refunded me with no explanation only after I demanded it.
Dustin Home is a prime example of the lack of customer service in this country. It’s either bare minimal or non existent.
