Awesome product and amazing customer service.

Bought it at Tsubasacon in 2023 and have not had any problems. Had to email them about a user issue, thought the blade got stuck on strobe, and they responded quickly. Holds it charge a long time. What sold me was the seller was hitting concrete and nothing broke. I've bought some other competitors and they broke from gentle drops. This company is awesome.

I absolutely love the sabers from DX sabers! I own 4 different versions. The Master Sword being the newest to my collection. I love the quality, colors, sounds, and all the different options and styles of each version. I highly recommend DX Sabers.🤘🏼😆

Ordered my sabors back at steel city con and once they came in they didn't disappoint, got one for myself and my boy may the force be strong for anyone else looking for sabors

Starting off, I had two orders from DX Sabers made in July of 2024. DX Sabers had a booth at a local anime convention. It was the first convention I've ever been to. As a massive star wars fan I spent quite a bit of time interacting with the couple working the booth. I ended up purchasing a BOGO baselite saber deal. I received two lightsaber hilts and I was told by the woman working the booth that both saber blades would ship within the week and arrive to my address. Right after the convention I ordered a CoverTech Wheel from their website. I received tracking information for this item within a week. The item stayed in pre-shippment for over 50 days.. Following my purchases I communicated with the owner of the company multiple times. My order was delayed multiple times. Eventually after I pressed the issue the owner stopped replying until I requested a refund not once but twice. Following this one of the employees of this company reached out to me stating my packages would ship that day. After over 50 days the CoverTech wheel arrived in early - mid September. I sent another email informing them the blades never arrived. As of right now I haven't heard back from anyone at DX Sabers. The only reason I'm not giving a one star review is because the CoverTech wheel eventually arrived. I still have a part of my first order that never arrived. I can't recommend this company as a vendor.

Update I: I received a passive aggressive message from the DX Sabers Instagram after i published this review (I do have screenshots). I doubled down on my review and was blocked by the official DX Sabers Instagram page.

Update II: as of Oct 9th the blades were delivered to my house (tracking info wasn't provided) Both appear to be in working condition. After a fair share of hit and miss customer service and long wait times both items were delivered in working condition.

The lightsabers are well made, have different ignition/collision soundfonts, and the color changing is easy to figure out. Will likely be buying from here regularly

Paul was awesome. He was willing to go the extra mile to get us an awesome deal. He gives a lifetime warranty with your purchases. The Saber is legit. My son loves it! Way better than the toy ones I spent 200 on from Amazon.

This company has earned all of my future business. My nephew was given on of these sabers as a gift at con. I really appreciate the kindness and consideration you all have for the younger audience. I look forward to seeing the company grow even more

UPDATE AFTER PAUL'S REPLY TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This is 100% false, as I did not purchase a Luke Skywalker saber from DX. I did not, and will never, leave Paul/ DX a 5 star review as his company has scammed countless people. As for the comment about the Facebook group (DX Sabers Exposed), I joined to connect with people who had similarly been victimized by Paul and share my story in hopes that Paul / DX sabers does not scam more people out of hard earned money.

Paul is a con artist. Plain and simple. All you need to do is do a little research for yourself and you will find that he has scammed hundreds of dollars from unsuspecting people over the years. He either pays for false reviews or writes them himself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. He threatens legal action against anyone who publicly criticizes his company. If you are lucky enough to actually receive your order, it will not work for long. His “lifetime warranty” is another lie. I purchased a saber from Paul/ DX Sabers and after months of lies, what showed up was not what I ordered, and furthermore, it did not work. Paul was unresponsive via Facebook, Instagram, and Email. When I finally got a response after posting in a FB group, Paul attacked me, threatening to take me to court for “costing him money” and then refused to take the saber back for repairs.

Paul will reply to this review and try to say that I was never a customer and they “have no record of my order” that is yet another lie.

PLEASE save your money, find a reputable saber company, and avoid DX Sabers.

Met the owner at Baltimore Comic-Con. He was friendly, personable and made buying my sons first saber a rewarding experience.

Had my Saber 4 years, love it!

Got my mystery box saber from the Baltimore comic con and love it so much the customer service was amazing one of the employees was playing with my kid while I was making my purchase and she got to have fun just building a saber for fun the product is amazing the feel the condition the colors are beautiful the effects work amazingly will definitely be making more purchases from this company

there were great the lightsaber was great love the 12 different colors and 10 sound fonts would buy from you again

4 years ago I bought a saber from dxsabers at comic con. After some use it would hold a charge anymore. I contacted customer service but to no avail my problem never got resolved.
Today I talked to the owner at baltimore comic con. Told him what had happened with customer service. He informed me that the customer rep I mentioned was no longer with them. Then handed me a brand new lightsaber at no cost.
I read a lot of bad reviews but this guy means lifetime warranty when he says lifetime. I didn't ask for a free one. I didn't ask for anything. He just made it right.

Got 3 sabers for my grandsons and they absolutely love them. 1 had a problem when we opened it but customer service replaced
It and my grandsons couldn’t be happier… which makes papa very happy too!!!!!
