I recently bought the Skywalker Return V2 Saber for my son and he absolutely loves it! The details are incredible and Emma was super knowledgable on any questions I had.
Fast shipping, great communication and an amazing product for my son to enjoy.

Absolutely cannot reccomend.

I purchased a Darth Maul lightsaber in 2022 at a con and have had an ongoing customer support case open since. They will disappear and not respond to emails for months.

I've had the lightsaber shipped out to them for months now, and have not recieved a replacement.

Don't be fooled if they respond and tell you "everything will be sorted out soon". I've had that told to me at least 3 times in the last 2 years.

The lightsabers have no better quality or functionality than other brands such as Ultrasaber or Kyberlight so I'd reccomend visiting those resellers first.

There is NO REAL lifetime warranty for DX Sabers, since they will pretty much just ignore your attempt to co tact them anyway.

2 years, no replacements, no refunds.
Daye of initial response from dxsabers was 6/27/2022 still not resolved 8/11/2024

My experience with DXSabers
I ordered a saber from them December of 2020, and after a year I asked them where my order is. 5 days later I get a reply with a basic answer that no person would have written…
3 months later I ask again where my order went. And finally I got a reply saying that they are still waiting for parts to make the thing…
Anyways after 4 years now I still have not received anything nor have I been compensated for the order of 200 USD.
So maybe rethink before ordering from them

Just received “The Elegant Stellan Lightsaber”, bought it for my nephew.
Beautiful craftsmanship, needless to say he loves it!
The amount of detail is incredible, and the effects are top notch.

Bought 2 lightsabers from an AnimeCon in RI. At first I was worried and it took a few weeks for the sabers to arrive but I did have constant communication from DXSabers the whole time. Once they arrived, they were very nice and worth the money I paid. Then I accidently broke a hilt, totally my fault. (Make sure to screw in the right place and not opposite the button) Anyway, I was willing to pay for a repair but they took care of it no charge! I just paid to ship it back. I really appreciate the customer service. They are a small company so it takes awhile but they look out from their customers!

I have nothing but great things to say about DX sabers, fast shipping good customer service and easy to deal with will be my go to for any Light saber needs!!!!

Great company that goes above and beyond. I purchased 2 sabers at Aname Con and the covered my two sons' sabers that were purchased at another company that went out of business under their lifetime warranty

Ordered sabers back in January of 2021. One was a pre-order one was not. Was told an expected shipping of 4-8 weeks I believe. I did not receive the first order until May or June of 2023. Mind I had been reaching out to them via instagram and email and would always be told oh next week, or oh at the end of the month. I was still being told that through the end of 2023 until I requested a refund in early 2024. I was told that it would not be until June that it would be processed due to other refunds pending. They then tried to say that they had done the work and sent me sabers. Which is false as while I had received a singular hilt (was a pair), I sent it back so that I could have a matching pair. So here I am July 2024, 43 months after purchasing and still fighting them for my refund. Need to figure out some next steps to actually get that money back as it was not a small amount.

It is the perfect lightsaber!!! I thought it would be a waste of money, but boy was I wrong. It is perfect for a heavy lightsaber duel with a friend. As a star wars fan, i like the features of Vader's lightsaber etc... it was overall the best thing I bought in a long while.

I purchased a buy 2 get one mystery box from Comic Palooza in Houston in May 2024. not only was communication very poor but they lied to me about shipping because after several emails requesting information they never gave me shipping details and my items never showed up and they quit responding. I ended up disputing the transaction. this was after almost 6 weeks of waiting.

Had a great experience with DXSABERS - the quality of the product is almost as great as the customer service! Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a cool lightsaber.

I am still awaiting a refund for undelivered parts of my order. Their customer service personnel, first Brienne and now Emma have simply stopped responding to emails and claim they cannot process a refund for the undelivered materials due to other pending refunds. They have not responded in over a week to polite inquiries about when this refund will happen. Initial purchase was in March, 2024.

They are very good at keeping in touch.
