Dyno-Rod - Central London Reviews 

Unfortunately my latest experience with Dyno-Rod has been a complete disaster. Following onto a visit by a BritishGas engineer who tried to re-pressurise my heating cylinder expansion vessel, I was told I needed a new one. I promptly booked an appointment with DynoRod through BritishGas Homecare for the replacement. I sent a detailed email to DynoRod (confirmed receipt by phone) explaining which part needs to be replaced including specs and photos. I explained that they will need to supply the part. This was organised over a week ago and the job was supposed to take place yesterday. I also called DynoRod yesterday early morning to ensure that the engineer was on his way and that he had the parts. It was all confirmed. Unfortunately, the engineer shows up with no replacement part and even worst he had no idea what the issue was. Then when he is told what it is. He says it will take two weeks to order the part and another two weeks to organise installation. I am fuming and will leave to that…

Amazing service, came within the our to an office block I manage and Sydney worked very hard for 6 hours straight. And cleared the blockage and got the loos working. He was informative and professional and definitely knew his trade. Used camera and drain clearing machine. Will not think twice in calling them again.

I had a bad situation with two toilets blocked downstairs in the basement where it is the restaurant and the engineers (Reece and his colleague) found the way to unblocked the waste pipes after few times pressure the water inside with their machine. Thank you

Trustpilot came following a sequence of efficient prior phone calls. Our blockage problem was resolved. We can only now hope that ouy old led pipes withstood the attack.

Experience is so bad. Our toilet button had some problem late July and called them. A guy came and uninstalled it and ordered a new button. A week later the new part came but it’s size did not fit, so the guy called Dynorod and said he ordered a new part. Yet till now, more than a month, the new part still hasn’t come and the button is still uninstalled. What a efficiency dynorod? Is it so hard to just order a part? Definitely disappointed by your service.

All the staff I dealt with today, from the 2 office ladies to the 2 men who came on site were polite and helpful.
On site they tried every which way to clear the blocked drain. They used 2 machines and different routes using a connected drain. Before leaving they spoke on the phone to my builder to update him on their findings.
I would definitely use Dynarod again.

Dyno came by immediately and resolved a massive outside blocked drain which was flooding our building with poo. While a rather unpleasant experience overall, they quickly rectified the issue and all was not lost. Thanks, Dyno!

An engineer called Reece came to my flat to unblock my 2 sinks. He was incredibly polite and was quick to identify the problem. The job was done so well that I could hear the clear gargle of water being drained away. Worth the price I paid for the level of service I had received.

Worked really hard to sort out a stubborn blockage: did so by attaching a bit of rope to the camera - innovative thinking! Efficient, friendly and competitively priced.

Very happy customer from the moment I contacted Dyno Rod. Frontline staff very professional and polite. As for the two engineers Reece and Lee, very friendly and respectful. They kept me informed to exactly what they were doing and explained their findings. CCTV report was conducted with very detailed information. Would most definite use Dyno Rod again.

I have always had very good experience with Dynorod and today was no exception. We had a very limited time slot available and although the appointment was an all day appointment, they took into consideration our time restrictions and arrived first thing in the morning and fixed the drainage problem. The engineer let us know 30 mins in advance as to his arrival time as well. All in all GREAT as usual. Thank you dynorod.

The service we have received over the last couple of weeks has been excellent. Dynorod identified the problem & a date was made for the engineers to come out & fix. The two young engineers who came out today were knowledgeable, courteous & friendly and best of all the problem with our drains was rectified. Thank you.
