Patrick called ahead and when he arrived he was so friendly and polite. The kids watched him fixing the issue and were fascinated, especially my son! "Patrick fix it - yay!" The job was of course resolved quickly and effectively, but it was the warmth and kindness of Patrick that made our experience with Dyno the best. We look forward to the next blockage lol!

2 drains were partially blocked. Called the office at 1.45pm. Someone came around at 3.00 and by 4.00 both drain blockages were cleared. Excellent service.

Connor is very very good at his job he sorted out the problem within fifteen minutes of being on my premises. I had about seven other plumbers look at the same job two weeks running the other plumbers were messing me around passing my job from one person to another. I highly recommend Connor and am very pleased with him . In future I would like to have only Connor look at my plumbing problems. I would give other plumbers who came to my property a 0 and Connor deserves more then 10/10.

I was blessed to meet a wonderful young South African man called Brad who came out to fix my leaking bath (an emergency as it was above the electrical outlet cupboard).
This guy is a credit to his parents and your company! I cannot tell you how happy we were with this experience he was lovely! I know he’s usually based in west London so I hope you can find him and commend him.

The engineer came within the time he said he would. He even called me to say he would be 10/15 minutes. The job was a quick fix but I’m happy with what was done. The engineer was very friendly and explained about the 90 day guarantee. My toilet is now completely unblocked

Had a blockage that was causing a real problem. Called up dyno rod i got a fixed price over the phone before they had even come out and they were here within 2 hours. Both the advisor i spoke to and the plumber were proffessional and polite and had the problem sorted quickly. I would 100% recommend this company, had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past so this was an absolute delight, didnt cost a fortune either!

Excellent service! I called Dyno-Rod about a blocked drain at 9.30, they arrived at 11 and everything was sorted out by 11.30.

Isaac was so helpful and with great customer service skills. He showed empathy and gave some useful tips in clearing out a blockage. I would definitely recommend dynarod to anyone. Keep up the great work Isaac

Connor Cole unblocked my drain which was full of debris and had been over spilling to my neighbour's garden when it rained heavily. Connor was thorough, professional and friendly. He even took the big bag full of gunk with him to depose! Thank you!

Very thorough. Found blocked pipe due to sand, pebbles and some cement pieces. Worked hard to resolve the problem and to prevent recurrence. Pleasant helpful person.
