Went beyond my expectations! We had sewage leaking over our patio and within an hour or so of making a booking they arrived and sorted the issue out within half an hour. The service was so quick and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

1st January emergency
On 1st January AM, we noticed our drains overflowing due to our waste pipes all being blocked so logged it as an emergency. I had to chase several times as didn't hear from anyone and was told each time the engineer would call me.
When the engineer did call it was awkward as he advised a higher price than we were quoted and I also wasn't able to pay via credit card. It was an anxious day, we had guests and had to send them out for the day as no toilets or water.
6.20pm engineer arrived and I was happy he was able to fix our problem. However he advised that he'd been to only one job that day, then gone all the way home before our job had come through to him. Why then did we wait so long when we had logged it at 11.30am and I had also called for an update at 3pm? We had stated how urgent it was.
Weve used Dynorod before on Easter Monday and were very impressive with everything, with the communication, service etc. This time it was the complete opposite so we feel very disappointed about yesterday's experience.

Enquiry made and phone call received almost immediately. Engineer booked in for same day, phone call when they were 30 minutes away. Excellent service, problem sorted within minutes, very pleased with the service received, especially as it was New Year’s Eve!

The engineer turned up and said that the issue I had might be with Thames Water, so contact them. He didn't charge me but at the same time didn't do anything. I don't know why he bothered turning up.

Got there in the end !!
The response was prompt even on Christmas week Saturday. Stefan called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He persevered and finally managed to clear the blockage which was some 15 metres away from my property. My only concern was his initial diagnosis that a modest little box bush and it's roots were the cause of the problem. I managed to dissuade him of this. That said he did keep at it and cleared the blockage after about 4t minutes.

Provided excellent service at short notice in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. Cleared the drain in a few minutes and did some exploratory work to find the source of the problem.

Expensive but friendly
The guys who came round to check the drain blockage were friendly and clearly explained the problem. They helped to clear some of the blockage but then advised us how to fix it properly ourselves. For the call out charge I wold have expected more help and fixing of the problem from them
