Call out to blocked exterior drains in a property I've just purchased. Jason was fantastic and resolved the issue quickly! Would have no hesitation to use Dyno Rod again, but hopefully I won't need to!

A complex issue made simple. Using the CCTV system to locate the blockage quickly and efficiently removing it, I was back up and running in no time. Polite, friendly, and very good service.

I booked a free site visit on Dynarod’s website for my 85 yr old mum only to be told there would be a £250 inspection charge should an inspection be needed. There obviously needs to be an inspection otherwise an engineer would not need to be called out. The website clearly mis-sells and I cancelled the visit.

Pete the engineer was fab, he explained everything really well and showed me what needed doing and why. He explained the cost upfront so I was fully aware and had no nasty surprises. Got the job done quickly and efficiently... would recommend.

Had an excellent experience with Pete today who did a quick and efficient job of unblocking my pipes. He was very friendly and was a pleasure to have work in my home. Would recommend Dyno Rod to anyone, anytime!!

Couldn’t recommend enough - easy to deal with and came within a couple of hours of phoning up!

They came the same day that I rang them so very quick response, I can’t remember the man’s name but he was very pleasant very informative and got on with the job. He unblocked the drain and cleared it straight away. You pay them there and then so it’s a very express service,fingers crossed the drain stays clear, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again thank you.

Called Dyno-Rod at 9:00am and they were out at 11:15am. Engineer was called Pete and was very polite and helpful. We were very impressed at how hard he worked to rectify the problem in the 32 degree heat!

All very straightforward and professional - both to book and then resolve a potentially very messy problem!
