Excellent service from the engineer. Arrived and got straight to work and did a thorough job.

Had a problem with an overflowing drain in the garden. We contacted using the online booking system at 8am. Had a phone call just after 9am from Carl at Dyno daying he could come at 10.30am. He arrived on time and all was sorted and tidied. Very pleased with the service and Carl was helpful friendly and professional. Would recommend.

I phoned Dyno-rod when our drain was blocked and over flowing into the garden. They were there within 30mins, a very friendly guy came, sorted the problem and helped to clean up the mess! Couldn’t fault the service at all, top job!

Had an issue with the drains and called Dyno rod. Someone came out first thing the next morning to help. Unblocked the drains and gave us advice etc. really helpful and great service. Thank you.

We recently had recurring drainage issues and were fortunate that Pete from Dyno-Rod came out to help.

This was actually the second time Pete has helped us, and once again he did an excellent job. This time he truly went above and beyond to find the root cause of the problem. He carefully checked both the internal and external drainage systems, cleared the blockage, and even fixed an issue with our washing machine. Pete was professional, patient, and very thorough.

What really stood out was his kindness and willingness to explain everything so we could understand the cause and prevent it. He didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly and the area was clean and tidy.

Had Tim from Dyno rod out today, absolutely brilliant service all round, from being on the phone with them and to the engineer Tim.
He was very informative and polite with his approach to this job, helped us out massively! Not only with the unblocking/camera of the drain but also a lot of information that will help me go forward in rectifying the issue from returning. 10/10 all round.

My first appointment was cancelled without even being told . Call handler also said someone tried to contact me which was a blatant lie . Second appointment the guy who attended was fantastic , i even helped him get the job done just to speed up the process . Call handler wise and original engineer visit need they’re heads banging together as it was a shit show !!

Pete took his time to figure out the problem and didn't leave until he made sure it was fixed. He did a great job at explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.

What can I say about Dyno-Rod, a service that I never hoped I’d have to use but would definitely use again if I need to, the gentleman that came Pete was such a professional. Advising me of my options , he cleared the fault in no time and even advised that it was a Severn Trent issue to to report it to them. I can highly recommend this company if anyone is in the same sh1tty situation I was in (pun intended)! thanks Pete an absolute legend

Nick was friendly and helpful even though had to do a not nice job in the pouring rain. Prompt and courteous

The two boys who turned up in the pouring rain, cracked on and did the work (dug down found broken pipe repaired with a new piece) they were wet mucky and no doubt cold. But regardless they did an excellent job and left the job site clean and tidy. Very pleasant boys doing a good professional job. Highly recommended 5*.

Blocked downstairs toilet so called Dynorod as was not having any luck with local plumbers. Was probably a good choice as it was not a blockage in the toilet but the outside stack off the soil pipe was actually blocked. Was very thorough pressure blasting the outside drains and eventually cleared the blockage. Was very friendly and advised there may be a failed drain and should arrange a camera inspection which we will.
