Same experience as those below. Took out a Vodafone sim only plan, but the real plan was different and cost more than the direct debit amount I agreed to. Vodafone said e2save’s advertised plan does not exist and so this is likely a scam. I’d like to give think it’s a genuine error, but in the very least they’ve totally mis-sold these contracts and are aware but still selling them!
No email address to even lodge a complaint.. what a joke of a company. Never again

Sold me a deal which appeared great but its a shame Vodaphone had no knowledge of the deal
15 for 100GB and 84 Cashback but Vodaphone say its 21 for 20GB of data
Misold me the contract and i have now cancelled and will certainly never use them again
Terrible contact options of which most do not work
Awful

After 9 years of flawless service with my old mobile phone service provider I received an email explaining that they could no longer afford to keep my contract active despite the fact I'd never missed a payment and the price was pretty much in line with other deals that they were offering. After scouring a popular deals website I came across an attractive SIM only contract offering 100gb data, unltd texts and unltd calls for £15 per month with the bonus of £87 cashback from e2save.com. I proceeded to order a SIM (order number 121286708) and in fairness to them the SIM arrived just 2 days later with paperwork showing the correct phone number and deal I was supposed to be getting. This is when the problems started. I installed the new SIM and despite the instructions telling me that this would automatically activate the SIM, it did not. I set about trying to set up an account with Vodafone using the stated number and couldn't as they said it wasn't an active SIM. I left the SIM in my phone as a secondary SIM for a number of days and then noticed it had become active after about 4 days. After setting up my Vodafone account I noticed the SIM deal was not the one I had ordered. £21 a month for 20gb data is pretty far away from a good deal. I have now cancelled this contract, but feel that people need to be made aware of this issue. Having looked on e2save for guidance there was very little in the way of advice for situations like mine. Despite the fact that I'm guessing this is a pretty common occurrence. You also cannot email them as far as I could tell. The only contact was by a 'live chat' which just gave automated responses or by phone which was on hold for longer than I had time to wait.
TL;DR
Don't order SIM only contracts from 3rd party sellers, lesson learned.

Ordered a sim and was completely different to what was ordered. I and many others have not been offered any help or support whatsoever.
Took out a deal for £15 for 100gb instead they sent £21 for 20gb and wouldn't admit it. I was on the phone for an hour and 15 yesterday and they cut me off. I've lost 60 points off my credit score because of these guys!!!
I have spoken to vodafone who confirm it is 20gb for £21 and there is nothing they can do.
I have cancelled this now, because I was lucky enough to have other options available from my old provider. Not many will have this option, some will be stuck on these dodgy contracts or told to deal with vodafone directly in hopes they won't have to do anything!! Really disgusting tactics.
I have sent you my details, I want this fake contact to end as it is within the 14 day right to cancel period, your website is so bad it's not easy to cancel.

Worst experience ever.
I ordered a phone specifically for two reasons. 1. That it would arrive quickly as I would be out of the country after. and 2. That it included Europe roaming (stated on the website was the OLD vodafone "51 countries roam free as if you were in UK" message.
The phone arrived DELAYED after I had phoned and checked that it would arrive on time to which they said YES. Here, I explained that the phone arriving late would cause serious problems and that I wouldn't be able to receive the phone for another few weeks.
They pushed me off and didn't listen to my complaints.
The phone finally arrives and low and behold it is packed with the OLD sim card information from vodafone repeating the "51 countries roam free as if you were in UK" message.
I phone to complain for false advertising and asking to return and cancel this order and they refuse.
They were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful to me on the phone and said a manager would call me within 48 hours which never happened.
I get in contact again, they again were unbelievably unhelpful and said I should email on the website to further escalate the case.
I phone again and get told I could email on the website "if I want, but the outcome will be the same".
Every time I get a new solution that turns out to be a lie and now I have a two year contract that I cannot use.
Worst experience ever.

I am only giving 1 star because the site requires some form of star rating. I ordered a phone/contract from this company 2 weeks ago and was informed AFTER they took an upfront payment of over £100 that there was a delay with the order and it would arrive March 3rd. I was then informed the deal wasn’t available at all and I would receive a refund within 5 days. This didn’t happen and I called E2Save last week to ask why. The person I spoke to was rude and offhand and told me the refund process hadn’t been initiated but she would start it. I am still awaiting my refund. Essentially, this amounts to theft. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I applied for a mobile and once it was all done they sent me an email saying that my phone was out of stock and the new arrival date would be the 25th of May 2020. I'm sure we are in to the year 2022 but I've tried signing in online it just keeps coming up with a blank screen or a broken Web page my order I'd is 120730012 could someone help me try and get some information

Avoid…
Worst company I had to deal with.
They show a deal on their website, but when you purchase it, they say they put the price wrong. I have been waiting for my refund which i paid for upfront cost and guess what? They haven’t refunded yet. Every time I ring, they are saying there is a bad connection and they can’t hear me. Avoid avoid avoid….

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro on 9th Feb with next day delivery, this is confirmed on my order email.
I hear nothing from e2save after ordering, so I called who told me the phone was out of stock. I asked why nothing proactive and the response was ‘that’s how we work’. They said it will arrive in 2 weeks.
Again, 2 weeks + 1 day pass, no update, so I have to call again. This time, told stock will be in 3rd March. Wait again til 3rd of March, have to call and they tell me my order has been CANCELLED due to a pricing error. Again, no one proactively contacted me.
I am then offered a ‘deal’ that is £250 more than the original deal.
Every adviser you speak to on the phone does not care, cannot escalate to complaint (these are just dealt with internally apparently) and just put the phone down when they’ve had enough of you.
I would avoid e2save at all costs

Let down 3 times. Best avoid.
Customer service is non-existent. You have to chase them on a chat thing and they don't acknowledge huge mistakes. Don't honour deals. Bad comms, mistaken credit-checks.
Firstly, brought phone under the heading of a 12th Feb delivery. Didn't come. No comms. Order always says 'Processing'. When chased, told me they could no longer do - and had to wait until 3rd March!
Waited. 2nd March : Confirmed by agent that stock would come - and mine would be sent next day.
Then they completely backed out of deal - after all that time!! They do not honour what was already brought weeks ago! (False pretence dodgy selling.)
Offered crumby deals in response.
Against better judgement I went with alternative deal. They they let me down again, saying credit check hadn't passed. *I KNOW I have Great credit. This seems to be common theme - so either network didn't want to honour this deal with them either, or they are messing up info for these checks somehow.
(Needless to say, now gone elsewhere - where I was credit-checked fine straight away, on same network!)
Thanks for all that wasted time e2!

It would have been 0 but I couldn’t even give it 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever had in years. Tried to return a phone for another contract and they were awful. Not one of them had a clue what was going off and in fact would just put the phone down on me when trying to ask for assistance. They all said different things and were clearly not trained. Martella I believe her name was had the worst customer service skills. She just turned the phone off because she couldn’t resolve the issue. After speaking to Vodafone I was told this company was robbing me. So please note now I have two phones, two contracts and no cancellation of this company. Oh and still 120 pounds which has not been refunded to me.
Eventually the high complaints team have resolved this issue, which I am very grateful for in getting my money back. However, it should not have taken a high complaints team to resolve this issue and for me to get my money back 3 months later. I am appreciative for their work in resolving the issue.

Phone pre-ordered and waited a week for stock. On the day it was supposed to be dispatched, they cancelled my order. I was told they'd advertised it at the wrong price and retracted the deal.
They did offer a £100 voucher on another deal but it didn't work.

Reply from E2save
As other reviewers have mentioned, my order was canceled by e2save almost a month after acceptance (and following multiple calls, with confirmation the device would be dispatched ‘shortly’).
E2save have stated this was a ‘pricing error’. However, the price was displayed on their own site and multiple other sites for over one month.
They’ve been happy to collect my customer data and retain my upfront payment for the handset during the four weeks since my order.
The suggested resolution is to offer a code which delivers an increase to the original cost of £170 and for an inferior deal. Despite the way that E2save have positioned this ‘as a special offer’ and a ‘deal for you’, I hope that other customers aren’t being tricked into thinking this is fair.
Despite escalating the complaint, the communication and follow up has been disappointing and with little care.

Ordered a new sim only contract by mistake (after clicking their 'Upgrade' link). Been trying to cancel it since, They keep telling me its been done.., but Vodafone are still charging me and saying E2Save have never tried to cancel it!! Trying to contact them again today... the phone number just say's 'This mobile is unavailable' and the online chat has vanished! I am thinking of taking this higher as it's terrible customer service ever!!

Placed an order online, waited 2 weeks for delivery and then they cancelled the day before delivery was due.
I called them up and the Customer Service was non-existent.
They offered me a deal which was more than £170 over the contract length.
Also the voucher code they offered did not work online.
There is a reason they have such a poor rating, lure people in with a good deal and then try and increase costs significantly.

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro, few days later received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to an "unexpected issue". It turns out they had put incorrect pricing on their website, it was actually only slightly cheaper than deals I found elsewhere, so wasn't like they'd be losing money on it.
They sent me a new link to a deal which would've cost £83 more over the length of the contract, which was ok, but I couldn't change the colour of the phone on their website, so phoned up the day after. By this time the new "deal" had gotten even more expensive, and would now have cost £167 more over the contract! I decided to go elsewhere.
It seems like they do this to get people on the hook, and then cancel the order and offer a new, worse deal, which I assume many people take because they can't be bothered to hunt for a new deal again.

I was interested in an iPhone 13 pro from e2save and followed the Uswitch link to their website. I had never heard of them before but then noticed the Curry’s logo in the small print so that gave me some confidence.
I progressed with the order knowing that I would have to wait three days for delivery which I was happy to do.
On day two I received an email saying e2save couldn’t continue with the order so would be cancelling it and the deposit I have already paid would be refunded in 3-5 days.
However, there was no reason given as to why the order was cancelled just a link to another deal that was far more expensive. I hope I get my deposit back but after the unscrupulous tactics they have used so far I very much doubt it.
As for getting lured into any further deal from e2save that certainly won’t be happening and I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from this company to think again.

I was a little worried after reading other reviews as to whether the phone would come, however I ordered my phone 26th Feb, I got a confirmation email letting me know it would be 10th March delivery but then got another update two days ago saying it was coming today. Phones arrived and all set up. Best deal I found and can’t complain.
