Absolute idiots at EA

Absolute idiots at EA. Every time I ask for support, it feels like I'm talking to some AI bot. I don’t have the patience for this. Never any real help, they just copy and paste texts like CTRL+C and CTRL+V. Absolute idiots!!

Thr worst customer service ever! Steer away!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered.... I have been banned for something that don't break with the company's guidelines.. Still they banned me from all ea games and can't even log into my ea account on their website now! I got 7 days ban for talking trash in bf6 game chat, something I haven't done! But do they care if I have done it or not?? No they don't care! I have tried to send a ban appeal, but it looks like they have put down all customer support services after Saudi Arabia took over the company! Well done trashing a whole company and many of the customers Saudi Arabi! We are literally being trampled by Saudi Arabia here now and that is pretty shitty and dirty to do to us!

EA dropped the ban on my because I had…

EA dropped the ban on my because I had 1 great game during Live play. I was playing at average or below average for most of the matches. But because i had 1 really good game where i didnt die and had a bunch of kills. they banned me.
And i attempt to make an appeal and it doesnt work/let me. it says there is a problem and to try a few hours later. Its been 3 weeks since my ban and still not able to appeal. I will not buy or use another BF product again. Its so dumb that actual cheaters get away with it and you get one good game and its over.

Time for ea to be shutdown

Time for ea to be shutdown
It time for a real game company to start making an authentic football/soccer game. To be honest it might be time to the entire ea game company to be shutdown. This company is the worst gaming company of all. They constantly lie to the public about their games. Never has this company ever come thru on any promise they make. And the fc football/soccer games proves this time and time again. When is somebody going to force the shutdown of this company that continues to profit off of lies and deceit. How can a company never produce a product they claim to make and still be allowed to exist. If there is no government or business bureau to shut this crap down, then I call on all the gamers who have spent their hard earned money on this deceitful, lying , and down right worthless company to stop buying any and all ea games. The higher ups of this company should be tarred and feathered. Yes It is time for these people to be held accountable for there lies, and deceitful ways. So again I call on gamers to stopping buying this crap and start reporting this company to whatever government offices there is to have this company shutdown. If have read this you probably should copy and repost cause this deceitful company will delete this as they always delete any thing negative about their company and their games.

After the experience I have had - I've had a warning of suspension for something and get this "that has not even happened".

Maybe time we all moved away from this trash !! Entitled scum with no care to its customers and no f#÷×s given towards any and all laws they breech !!

@TheLabourParty time for a regulator me thinks as you cant gain access to your own data, there is no real means of contact, they dont care about your laws or the laws of anyone providing they are aboard Pablo Escobar's train every weekend spending the billions we give them for way way way below sub standard quality products... #TimeForAGamesRegulatorUK

EA doesn't care about you, just your money.

EA APP version of Battlefield 6 was not working back on launch day, couldn't play on official servers.

EA promises compensation for all affectd players, xp boosts and free battlepass.

I still haven't received anything.
EA support did not help.

Ubisoft and EA shares the first place…

Ubisoft and EA shares the first place of the worst companies ever that got ran into the ground from greed, woke and bad decisions and such is Battlefield 6, where they force you (as a PC player) to have Crossplay enabled against console players (with auto aim) that practically erase you from 300-500 meters away. Nice!

I have been playing the Sims for over…

I have been playing the Sims for over 20 years, I have had my share of issues with the game, but EA was pretty diligent in repairing them eventually. At least I could play. I have 92 expansion packs and I paid for all of them. Now, I log in to the game and they say they have removed some of expansion packs and I need to either purchase the deluxe edition. Which I never had or join EA play for a fee every month. I never purchased the Sims Deluxe game and I never joined EA play. Basically, they are holding my game hostage until I pay them a ransom. I am just going to delete the game and go to InzOI. BYE BYE EA!

Battlefiled 6 missing promised compensation

On October 10th, the launch day of Battlefield 6, thousands of players who had purchased the game via the EA App ran into a major problem.
A system error prevented access to the game, showing a message that said it needed to be “purchased and downloaded” — even though it had already been bought.

This outage continued for roughly five to six hours after release. Players who purchased the game on Steam were not affected.
As a result, many EA App users chose to request refunds, repurchase the game elsewhere, or simply wait without being able to play.

A few days later, EA issued an official statement (see attached image) confirming the issue and promising compensation to affected accounts, which was supposed to include:

12 Hardware 60-minute boosters

12 Career 60-minute boosters

A free Battle Pass (Season 1 for Standard Edition, Season 2 for Phantom Edition owners)

However, despite EA’s announcement that the situation was resolved, most of the affected players never received any of these rewards.

As of October 28th, with Season 1 now officially live, the promised boosters and Battle Pass are still missing.
Meanwhile, EA’s community managers, moderators, and support teams have remained silent, offering no updates or assistance regarding the unresolved issue.

FC 26 is copy and paste garbage.

FC 26 is copy and paste garbage. The same bugs that were present in FIFA 23 are in this years title. Don't need to say any more really. Flagging issues for years now with zero feedback or acknowledgement.
