Onlineportal funktioniert nicht, keine Kontaktdaten auf Schreiben

EAM Netz ist mein Netzbetreiber bzw. Messstellenbetreiber und hat mich zur Zählerstandsmitteilung aufgefordert. Nach langem rumgeklicke auf einer unübersichtlichen Webseite und Eingabe der geforderten Daten erhalte ich nur eine Fehlermeldung.

Warum ist es nicht möglich in dem Aufforderungsschreiben den direkten Link zur Eingabemaske anzugeben?

Und nein, ich möchte mir keine blöde App installieren und ich werde auch jetzt nicht eine Woche lang jeden Tag versuchen den Zählerstand zu übermitteln. Ich hab besseres zu tun!

Keine Telefonnummer oder E-Mail auf dem Schreiben, was soll das?

Zumindest poppt nicht so ein nutzloser KI-Chat auf der Webseite auf. Aber ist schon Katastrophal was bei den Energieversorgern mittlerweile abgeht.

Stromzähler Wert übermitteln, aber die Server werden gewartet

Ich lese jedes Jahr meine Stromzähler selber ab und sende die Zahlen an die EAM Netze. In der Mail steht "... Übermittlung Ihres Zählerstands zum 30.09.26..." und "...Bitte nutzen Sie für die Meldung Ihres Zählerstands unser Online-Portal..." Und jedes Jahr am 30.09. bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung, das die Server wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht erreichbar sind?????
