The man at the counter in WPB was very courteous and helpful. We had a great experience renting from Easirent. The car was great. We highly recommend renting from Easirent.

Can you give zero stars

Can you give zero stars? This is the worst experience I've ever had renting a car. Rude staff. Gave me a car with almost flat tires. Never received the final invoice. Called for the invoice and ask for something in return for giving a car with flat tires. They hung up on me. Oh, and also never answered my email via "customer service"

Scammed me on SunPass

Scammed me on SunPass. Totally corrupt process.

There is no one to help you if you have an issue except offshore call center that tells you to 'go to the branch' - which is not viable when on a road trip.

Condition of Vehicle Below Standard

Hello Easirent Team,

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Pablo. He was personable, professional, and made the check‑in process smooth. My concerns are in no way a reflection of him.

My disappointment is with the condition of the rental vehicle I received. There is visible damage around the exterior, and both the inside and outside of the car appear poorly maintained. For a rental, especially one being used locally while my own vehicle is in service, this was unexpected.

I was also surprised by the $500 deposit required for local residents. Given the condition of the vehicle assigned, the deposit felt disproportionate.

Unfortunately, based on this experience with the vehicle itself, I would not be able to recommend Easirent to friends or family at this time. Again, my feedback is directed toward the vehicle quality, not the service provided by Pablo.

Upon arrival to the palm beach airport location.I dealt with a very knowledgeable young man Dwight. He explained everything there was to know about the rental car and he was quite informative. He is an asset to your company.

This rental car company is crooks

This rental car company is crooks. I rented a car and returned it early and they kept the money I paid for the unused days. Now they are free to overcharge someone else for the same rental I already paid for. I called to inquire and they said oh well. I’m never using them again.

Filthy vehicle and bald front tires!

My flight arrived at 9:47 pm. Easiest in West Palm Beach Fl closes at 10:00 pm. By pure luck I did get the last shuttle bus but if I had missed it I would have been stranded at the airport.
The car was also filthy inside and out. The windshield was filthy inside and outside. The front tires were worn beyond legal. Picking up the car at night time made it difficult to make an assessment of the condition and all agents were done for the night. It ran fine but I was very concerned about having a front tire blow out on the interstate. I made due but this particular agency needs to up its game for sure!

This was terrible service

This was terrible service. The shuttle took 2 hours and the driver was stoned & almost drive off with an old ladys bags without her. There were extra fees at pick up & they didn’t have the car I paid for. Do not use this company.

Stealing from customers and renting out lemons

The guy at the counter was fine for the most part. However, I got charged for unlimited mileage and my Priceline itinerary says I already paid for it. Also he did not tell me when I told him I was using tolls how much it was. Just grazed by it so I guess shame on me. He managed to dupe me. I am only on tolls for 84 miles today and 84 miles Saturday. I won’t touch a toll the other days. I could have bought a surpass and paid a total of 20 dollars for both trips. Extremely dishonest.

Adding to it I have to call customer service tomorrow because the check engine light is on. Not to mention right in front of the drivers side the inside of the windshield was extremely dirty.

My reservation double and both larger fees could have been avoided. One came with my reservation as it was and the other I got duped.

Likely will never use this company again.

NEVER rent from them especially if you…

NEVER rent from them especially if you are local. They lie to try to get you to buy their insurance (bring your insurance card AND the type of coverage you have) and say that even if it says unlimited miles it actually isn’t if you’re local. You are restricted to 150 miles unless you pay extra. They said it is in their fine print online. I took the time to pull it up on my phone under my reservation and it does NOT say that btw. The customer service is horrendous and they do not care about their customers. The tires on my rental from them are close to bald!

The gentlemen at the counter were nice…

The gentlemen at the counter were nice and got a car ready when I had booked the wrong dates with priceline. The man who helped me said he couldn't adjust a 3rd party booking, but he could cancel it and then book my vehicle with the company. I didn't think to look when I got home, but this morning, realized I was still booked for a car thru priceline. It was never canceled! So I had to pay something. Had I not checked, I may have been on the hook for the whole rental time even tho I would not have even gone to get the car.

Easirent at Palm Beach is absolutely…

Easirent at Palm Beach is absolutely the worst car rental service I have ever experienced. I waited one hour and 30 minutes for a pickup at the airport after calling them several times. They advertise a pickup service every 30 minutes. Also, they charged a $158.08 toll fee for a 10-day rental, even though no tolls were incurred during that time. The car was filthy inside and out and required an oil change as rented. I recommend not accepting their toll option feature.

The first vehicle I was given had wet seats and smelled as if something died in it. The second vehicle was absolutely filthy. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see and the car had dog hair everywhere. Awful rental company

Roach a rental/ easidirty rental

About 30 minutes away from picking up, found a roach walking on dash board . Numerous times found at least four during weekend . Sad, excuse upon return! I'll have to bomb car, a little to late . Car was somewhat dirty inside when picking up. Sticky surfaces of old food.

Rent A Dent

When arrived to pick up car there was only one person working. He was nice and doing the best he could with the line. The car however was a POS. Malibu that had a huge dent in drivers side, windshield wipers came on every time started car and had to wiggle it around to get it to stop, trunk did not stay up when opened. Could have at least put a stick in to use. Hard to hold open and put luggage in. For the price paid I should have gone to a well known rental. Was not worth the small amount of difference. Charged for additional driver when there was none. This place should be called Rent a Wreck or Dent. Be aware!
