The employees were pleasant and helpful; however, the vehicle was in poor condition. It had a horrible smell that overpowered the air freshener. Additionally, the windshield wiper fluid was empty, so... See more

Everything was good
They worked fast and efficient
They worked fast and efficient. The whole process was easy! Customer service was great! Have their own shuttle from the Airport. I was in and out. Price was good!
Dishonest, Impatient, and Sloppy
Rented in PHX, 4/21/26 to 4/25/26. Never again.
Their "lot" (if you can call it that) is located 10-15 minutes off-site despite their listing saying they are at the airport. The van was incredibly cramped and uncomfortable with seats and aisles so tiny you have to be a child to squeeze through. Our first driver didn't get the step stool out for us despite obviously having elderly passengers. When asked she said she "just didn't trust it". Then get a better stool! The interior of the van was also dirty with empty bottles and cans in the cup holders. The driver blamed it on "the guys who drive it before me".
The booking process was fine because we went through Expedia, but the check-in process was miserable. Small little office, not particularly clean, surly office staff, pushing insurance upgrades, and misrepresented the car we received (we were told it was a hybrid).
The car was in decent condition except for some dog hair in the back seat and trunk.
Returning the car was terrible - no clear guides on where to go, impatient garage staff who gave us no help whatsoever - just asked one or two questions and handed us the paperwork. She didn't tell us where to go next or set any other expectations. We hadn't even unpacked the car yet before she got in it and started the engine like she was going to pull away.
In short: unless you're desperate, stick with one of the bigger companies and make sure to do your homework.

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company.
I was incorrectly charged $103.75 for a parking violation that was issued on the same day at around 5:00 PM, while the vehicle had already been returned much earlier — at 2:44 PM on March 27. This is clearly confirmed by official return records.
Despite this, the charge was processed automatically based only on a system match of the vehicle, without properly verifying:
* the actual return time of the vehicle
* the exact time the violation occurred
* or who was actually in possession of the vehicle at that time
Customer support did not conduct a proper investigation and repeatedly referred only to what “the system shows,” without reviewing the actual facts, including the confirmed return time and possible reassignment of the vehicle to another user.
I requested a proper review, including return records and camera footage, but my concerns were not properly addressed.
As a result, I was charged for a violation that occurred after the vehicle had already been returned and was no longer in my possession.
This process appears to be fully automated and insufficiently reviewed, which raises serious concerns about the company’s accuracy, responsibility, and customer service standards.

This was a horrible place to rent a vehicle. Staff are very rude. Would not recommend renting a vehicle from them. Rental property not listed. This was in Las Vegas at Harry Reid International Airport. Showed them my insurance coverage but would not rent to us until we bought there insurance. What was a great price became an expensive price. Stay Away
Did not refund my deposit
DO NOT RENT FROM EASIRENT. Terrible customer service, hard to reach. They told me I could return the car at another location in a neighbor state. I rented in Phoenix and had to change flight home from Vegas, no problem, just a $50 charge. They did not charge the $50 and are now telling me that I am at fault and are holding the $250 deposit. 3 calls, 1 month and much frustration, i am still out $250. NEVER AGAIN!

We rented in Las Vegas and the initial shuttle was great. One at the main office it took almost 1.5 hours to receive the rental, there were also several guests waiting. They stated were waiting for card to be washed. After using the car for 3 days, the return process was quick and the shuttle returned us in a timely manner. Also, they will ask for your "full coverage insurance policy" . This was the first time I have ever been asked this from a car rental company. Would I use the company again? The answer is no.
Far, far away from the airport
Wait time for the shuttle was over 20 minutes at the Tampa airport. The driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. Car locations is a A LONG WAY FROM THE AIRPORT. I haven’t returned the car yet but have concerns about how much time I should allow to make sure I don’t miss my flight!
Tristen at the counter was amazing. I showed up with an expired insurance card but he worked with my insurance company to verify current coverage.
Inside of the car was clean but the windows had lots of water spots.
Although the price is great, I’m not sure I would use them again. Having to lug suitcases up escalators and then stand outside in the heat for 20+ minutes waiting for the shuttle is more than I want to face.

Worst rental car experience in Vegas ever. Never rent from them.
This company cares about it's customers …
This company has turned a bad experience into a better one.Hospitalized on my trip and faced with being charged late fees ect. This company made it so that I could extend rental and not have to worry about late fees and lossing my deposit.Thank you Easirent Orlando. You guys are the greatest.
Add on fees - undisclosed fees except in fine print of agreement
Check-in was fine and efficient until I learned you have an add on fee for driving out of the state in which you rented the car
The agent assured me the extra $110 was in the fine print - and I’m sure it is- bad on me for not reading that.
However I have a huge issue with any fee that is not fully disclosed at the marketplace level when you are shopping for a car. So unfortunately- I can’t imagine what other fees you have that are not fully disclosed upfront- I can’t use your company again
poor service - do not rent from them
poor service. Delayed pick-up time took over 45 min. to be picked up. Then required proof of insurance, which has never been requested at other rentals. Also charged too much for the local version of easy pass. Then they knew we were there and were renting. once everything was finally in place then they said it would only be a minute while they washed the car. The car should have been ready. this was not a pleasant experience . Will NOT rent through you again.
Disappointing experience regarding their insurance practices
I recently rented from Easirent in Charlotte and had a very disappointing experience regarding their insurance practices.
Despite bringing my full insurance declarations page (which showed comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage with a standard $500 deductible), the agent refused to accept it. They claimed that buying their internal insurance was a "North Carolina state law requirement."
This is factually incorrect. Per NC General Statute § 58-33-17, rental car insurance is optional, and companies are legally required to disclose that their policies may duplicate a renter’s existing coverage.
I have rented from major brands like Dollar in Charlotte before without this "requirement." Being forced to pay for redundant coverage under the guise of state law is a deceptive trade practice. If you rent here, bring a printed copy of your declarations page AND a copy of the NC statute, though even then, be prepared for a high-pressure sales tactic. I will be filing a formal complaint with the NC Department of Insurance.
Charged me twice dont want to fix it
Charged me twice dont want to fix it. It takes a really long time to get the car and return the car. They are really understaffed.
Just use someone else!
From the moment we were picked up from the airport, I knew this was a poor decision. Shuttle driver was very unprofessional and not very friendly. When we arrived at the rental center, the place was so unorganized. The man that took care of us didn’t have a clue what he was doing and it took forever. They handed us keys to a car and said push the lock button and wait for the car to chirp and you will know which car it is. The car was awful. Scratches and scrapes all along the bottom of it and not rental friendly. I took photos because nobody inspected it with us and I’m not being blamed for those. When I asked about the return shuttle to the airport, I was told I needed to UBER back as nobody would be available on a Wednesday morning. I also got a phone call asking what the license plate number was because they weren’t even sure which car I was assigned to begin with! (Again, the guy didn’t know what he was doing) Would never recommend this company to anyone!
The vehicle pickup location in Phoenix…
The vehicle pickup location in Phoenix is 10-12 minutes from the main rental car pickup building. Not a huge issue if they had more than one shuttle running, their direct competition had at least 3 shuttles. Their is a reason the price was extremely reasonable, the quality of vehicle and the overall customer experience was extremely unreasonable. the saying "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true
