Easy Auto Lease 

Easy Auto Lease LTD have negatively impacted me for over month and definitely the worst company ever dealt with. I am so upset to have wasted my time, money and energy with this company.

Like others I have the same story of lies and lies and lies from Daniel Day the “CEO” who handles finance and cars. Delayed delivery dates over and over. Loss of wages from waiting. No registration number given or if they were apparently new suppliers had to happen meaning new cars and new plates which were not given. 

It’s honestly so disheartening to speak to someone who knows they’re going to scam you or not give you what you ordered. 

Last Friday was the worst where I waited for an assured delivery from Daniel with my family, car seats ready and so excited throughout the stress of getting it. Just for me to be called by Sean at 6 saying how suppliers had let him down and Daniel emailed after saying he’d remove deposit and give me a fuel tank on Wednesday which is today. I’ve had 0 communication from Daniel. Which to be honest had a feeling. 

He has been a dishonest, dishonourable man. It’s a such a shame and I feel sorry for him as a person but more sorry for the people who have been scammed thousands, further action will be taken I will make sure of it. 

It’s my birthday tomorrow and I really just wanted to enter into it with a new first car that was due to be delivered on the 9th of September but unfortunately will be entering with no car. He definitely preys on who he thinks is “vulnerable” and will come to regret forming such a scam of a company.

Update: car did not come on the Wednesday as he said and when asked why he’d ignored me all day he said “well days done isn’t it” and asked me to delete the review but later on said that these reviews don’t bother him.

Said it’d come on my birthday and if it didn’t come. Said it’d come the next day and he’d give me £500,00 good will gesture. Then he ignored me and ended up blocking me that whole day.

Ruined my first car experience, birthday and really made me so on edge in general as he has all the customers sensitive information and is dishonest to the bone.

He’s flagging up reviews because he thinks that’ll work. He flagged up my review and it got put back on an hour later 😂😂😂. The flagging is pointless and embarrassing Daniel 😅😂

Everything said to Daniel will be followed through to the highest degree☺️.

I MUST STRESS TO ALL CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO EASY AUTO LEASE LTD THAT THEY ARE SEEKING LIQUIDATION AND AS OF YET HAVE NOT HAD AN APPOINTED LIQUIDATOR TAKE ON THE CASE, NOR ARE THEY AS OF NOW IN LIQUIDATION!!

DIRECTORS HAVE HAD ONE OF IT'S TRUST PILOT ACCOUNTS CLOSED AND WILL LIKELY BE CLOSING THIS ONE TOO!!

THIS IS NOT TO SPARE BAD REVIEWS FOR THE COMPANY THEY ARE CLOSING BUT INSTEAD TO LEAVE AS MINIMAL A TRAIL FOR THE NEXT CYCLE UNDER A NEW COMPANY...

Paid 1000 pounds to them no van was delivered. SAID THEY WENT IN TO LIQUIDATION. DO NOT TRUST

CAN I SAY THAT EASY AUTO LEASE LTD IS A SCAM?? NO I CAN'T, BUT....

Can I say that Easy Auto Lease is a scam? No I can't for certain, as of right now it would be purely speculation.

What I can say is this, as an employee hired with easy auto lease with an 8th July 2024 start, we never had an office, nor have we received payslips any. HMRC have confirmed we have yet to be registered with them, meaning no TAX or NI contributions have be paid, despite the fact our wages have been deducted. Our deducted wage for July was eventually paid late, and here's the kicker.... We’re still yet to be paid for the month of August. We have no PAYE ref number as we haven’t been registered with HMRC and no Payroll Number can be supplied. Our accountants refuse to speak to staff here and everything goes through our director, who lies to staff even more than he does to his customers. 8 weeks into our employment we have no contract of employment, no fixed abode, office or contact details... NOTHING AT ALL.

What I can say for sure is that since July 8th we’ve had plenty of custom. 38 customers have trusted us as their vehicle provider, so with vehicles having a 4 week turn around as instructed by the director, July was very much SELL SELL SELL....

We to come to August, and the beginning of week 1, we prepare to finally deliver our first wave of vehicles to our excited customers.. 4 in total were due to be delivered, sadly not one delivery was fulfilled and they were all pushed until the end of the week, Friday. Friday was a day to look forward to, 8 new cars due to be delivered to customers yet AGAIN, none were delivered.
This would unfortunately be the start of things to come... Delayed deliveries into push backs into apologies into refunds that are still yet to be refunded. Week after week the same problems, the same excuses, and more and more dissatisfied customers.

Working, the weeks go by and the customers dissatisfaction turns to anxiety, stress, and desperation. Customers wanted their car or their money and all they got was our director's words:

"A REFUND WILL TAKE 14 DAYS, BUT YOUR CAR WILL BE HERE IN 72 HOURS"

To cut this short.... in total from July 8th 2024 until Wednesday 4th September 2024 after 112 failed delivery attempts to our 38 trusting customers;

The company has provided
Deliveries of purchased cars: 0
Temporary Rental Cars: 4 (Please leave honest review here to qualify for a rental)
Total Refunds processed: 4
Total refunds received: 1

So, a month unpaid and a heart attack later,
Can I say Easy Auto Lease Ltd is a scam? No, I didn’t stay long enough to find out for sure.

The questions here is not whether they’re a scam, but rather;

Now knowing all of the above
1: Would you work here?
2: Would you give Easy Auto Lease your money?

As per other reviews these guys have failed to deliver my vehicle after a number of empty promises. The car was originally ordered in August and I was told 1/2 weeks for delivery, I was then told the car would be registered the first week of September and delivered on a 74 plate. I was then told delivery would be 10/09/24 which didn’t happen and I was told it would be the following day. I then receive an email Wednesday morning to say it couldn’t be delivered and it would need to be 13/09/24. Spoke to easy auto lease Thursday and said I needed a guarantee it would be Friday due to my partner going abroad and living me without a vehicle. Was again given a guarantee it would be Friday, Friday morning I received another email saying delivery was booked and it would be around 17:30pm.

17:30 comes and goes without any contact then I get told it’s going to be the following Tuesday but I could have a refund if this wasn’t acceptable. Feel like I’ve been messed around and starting to question if the car actually exists.

UPDATE:!!!!!!!!!
WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THE COMPANY THAT THEY WILL NOW DELIVER THE VEHICLE ON FRIDAY BY 4PM. I WILL PUT A FOLLOW UP UPDATE. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN PROMISED OUR REFUND IF THE DELIVERY DOES NOT TAKE PLACE ON THE DAY

Received a call from delivery company this morning informing us that delivery has not been paid for and that there will be no delivery unless its paid. Contacted Daniel who could only respond by text confirmed that he had already dealt with the delivery company after checking once more with the company nothing was in place. Daniel then sent a message that he will Himself drive the vehicle to us by 4 pm. But I have requested a picture of the vehicle by 12 midday inorder to accept delivery.. no response yet!!! Will send an update by 12. Pm

UPDATE now got a rental van of them until mine arrives on the 9th

I was looking for a car and this company helped me to secure a car and a new one at that. I was kept updated on the the progress and will get my car on Friday. I recommend anyone looking for a car to check this company out. They are very good

Got my new 1 Series last week and couldn't be more happy. The guy I dealt with made everything very easy. I didn't think I'd get accepted but they managed to secure the car for me :) Thanks guys.
