This happens 90 % of the time and I fly via Alicante about 8 times per year.
Priority boarding a waste of money if you are going to use busses to board
EasyJet proves yet again that there is no customer service. We've had to cancelled due to a parent having a terminal illness. EasyJet wouldn't even give us a voucher on the flight (minus fees) only the tax amount of 41.28 GBP. Absolutely appalling and this is the second time we have been stung by EasyJet. What a sad world we live in ...
Customer service absolutely shocking.
Had a short stay to Amsterdam booked with easyJet holiday. Flight from Manchester to Amsterdam cancelled. Return flight from Amsterdam to Manchester cancelled. Submitted all claims and receipts promptly and still waiting for compensation 7 months later. Customer service is extremely poor, with representatives pointing the finger between different departments.
Absolute joke of a company, stuck in Turkey for 4 days after a flight cancellation (ok fair enough) but each day you have to contact EasyJet (via chat for me) and ask their permission to stay in the hotel another night. Trying to find the “chat” on their webpage is hard enough and then they ask you the same stupid questions everyday.
Today Friday, Mohamed asks me the same questions and because I didn’t book the holiday he refused to help me further, even when I sent a screenshot of the booking which clearly had all the details he asked for. Luckily this is my last night and I’ve told the hotel it’s fine to stay but EasyJet I will be claiming compensation when I get back and will not be using you ever more. Absolute joke of an organisation.
The easyJet advisor was very helpful and sorted out my query very quickly. A great service 😊👍

Shocking. Not possible to remove (get refund) for a suitcase booked into the hold. I wanted to change from one big heavy suitcase to 2 smaller ones but they say it is not allowed...company policy. Why is this not mentioned on the baggage arrangement page?
I don’t mind delay in connecting to an agent as I would expect a queue on a Saturday morning. It would be helpful if the system could provide an estimate od wait time.
However the real frustration was that the agent took 5-10mins to respond each time and was clearly distracted so I kept having to reprovide information.
I presume they were being required to deal with multiple queries and we got there eventually but what should have been a ten min process took nearly fifty minutes. Surely it makes more sense for agents to focus on the customer one at a time to process more efficiently?
I was very happy to give those stars, as my advisor was very helpful and knew what to do to assist me. He also explained to me about the sizes of the overhead luggage.
