We were concerned that within 3 weeks of our Paris trip my husband tore his achilles tendon. I phoned the Special Assistance team to see if there would be a problem with him flying wearing a xacoped boot, using crutches and taking a whellchair. The representative was so helpful, she really set our minds at rest and sorted assistance for us from the time we arrived at the airport. Within 2 minutes of ending the call our updated booking arrived in the inbox. Brilliant! Thank you easyjet! You have staff to be proud of 😊
I was promised a £25 voucher if I booked a holiday with them. I booked the holiday and received an email confirming the voucher. On return from holiday they did not give me the voucher. I complained and their response was, 'not sure what's happened, but go and contact the company that we use to issue the vouchers and sort it out with them'. Shocking response.
Their useless AI robots will respond to this message by apologising and then telling me that they're looking into it and will get back to me. Well, it's been months now and they haven't got back to me yet!
Possibly the worst costumer service ever. He took ages to reply and not only he didn't answer my question but he was rude - "as I previously said madam" sounding really annoyed -sorry but he barely said a word to me, and at no point had he told me this information before. Don't work for costumer service if you're going to have that attitude.
Customer service was great. Answering my call within a minute and took care of a complicated special assistance request from a large group of disabled travellers and carers. 5 stars to easyjet for their easy to accesss, straight forward Customer service and accommodating policy for disabled people. 🥰

My family booked seats together and paid to ensure we would all be seated next to each other.
Unfortunately, easyJet later changed the aircraft and moved our seats around. We are no longer sitting together, and we've even been assigned a seat with no window, despite originally choosing otherwise.
I called customer services to see if they could move us back together, but was told the only option was to pay extra to move to seats further forward. I don't think this is acceptable. We had already paid to sit together, yet because easyJet changed the aircraft and there were no longer enough seats available in our original section, we were expected to pay even more to fix a problem that wasn't our fault.
We're travelling with several young children, so it's disappointing that there seemed to be no flexibility or willingness to help. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the experience has left us extremely disappointed.
