I was looking to rent a stairlift for when my mum came out of hospital.
From the initial phone call to the installation the staff here were amazing.
It was installed within a week and half.

Had a problem with my 86 year old stepfather's stairlift suddenly not working and couldn't find a local service engineer in Dumfries. Contacted Easylifting Staircase at Wigan after finding their phone number and spoke to Sam. He was unbelievable and diagnosed the fault over the phone in less than 15 minutes, talking me through the proceedure what to check. He also told me where to find the batteries locally to remedy the problem and in less than 1 hour from contacting Sam by phone, the stairlift was working again enabling my stepfather (who recently had a hip operation) to get back upstairs in his house again. This service and help provided by Sam at Easylifting Stairlifts at Wigan was out of this world and I would recommend this company to anyone with a similar problem. When I rang him back after getting it to work, and asking about servicing it in the future, he informed me that he would spend 25 minutes talking me through it over the phone - how many other firms would do that. Thanks are an understatement for Sam who helped a vulnerable person that same day get back to his bed at night.
