Neighbours getting something dropped…

Neighbours getting something dropped off, the men are making lots of noise before 7am. When I confonted them, one man was very rude and said it wasn’t his problem that it is setting my dog off. I would never use them just by the reviews, without this lovely interaction.

Terrible

Terrible. They promised to put everything back exactly where they found it (there was a flood in the building) and when it came to drop the stuff off the rude delivery man said he was just dropping off the boxes. After listening to the recording the rude manager (Gavin) agreed that is was specifically promised that they would put everything back where they found it, but the delivery men admitted it wasn't a service they offered and had no idea where to put anything. This is deliberately misleading and illegal and I am still fighting with them as they don't respond. I am considering suing as it is totally illegal. Muhammed, Gavin and the team take no accountability - don't believe anything they promise.

The worse service and overcharge

The worse service and overcharge. They loaded our stuff to the truck (only half volumn in size of their 7T truck) and showed an inovice with unsreasonable addtional cost. Not willing to pay but all the stuff loaded. They sent my HALF stuff to my new house and said the stuff too heavy and have put into their company storage. It was doubt that they used their another half truck to do another business and made it too heavy.

The second round stuff came back after 16 hours of the day (that was 11:00pm at night) and asked me too pay for labour and time compensation. We refused firmly.

I emailed them for refund and they ignored my email for 3 weeks. So I put this case into Small Claim Court and sent them a bill of refund of the extra money together with the cost of the court. The boss contacted me finally and blamed the moving date was the sub-contractor, not him. It was quite suspectious their voice seems the same. He asked he could refund half of the extra money. I refused again as I got all the document signed capture on the moving date with my phone (All victim please do that).

Finally, one day before the deadline of the court case compromise date, they agreed to pay full extra money refund. Even though the duration of the putting into court was quite long time, it is worth to do it as justice comes finally. People do not torlerate and let the court knows the company name which is causing a lot of court cases.

What a worse moving company!

Do not use Easy Movers!

Easy Movers! What a joke. First they load my stuff and then double the invoice and now the delivery time has gone from 10 days to nearer a month.
Do not use these people. I expect never to see my stuff or my deposit ever again.
Wish I had read these reviews before I booked them.

2 jobs, done well exactly as requested

Used them for two jobs. Decent chaps, turned up on time as scheduled good communication before and did a quick job. Everything wrapped and protected well. I did the unpacking at the other end, which is what I wanted. If you’re looking for everything unpacking as well, I’d suggest you are really specific with what you’re looking for. I offered them more than the original quote, as I thought they were a bit too cheap and may rush the job. It’s a competitive market, pay them fairly, and you’ll get a decent service.

Quick response to quote and competitive…

Quick response to quote and competitive price ,however poor service delivery. Advised two vans and 4 men would dismantle and remove my property and reassemble at new property. However on the day they were an hour late, 1 van and 3 men- (I must say the two young lads who were employed on the day were hard working!) As a result the removal was an hour late to complete inconveniencing the new home owner, it took 2 trips to remove all property, again inconveniencing myself and new home owner who had to watch over my property left behind . Shouted at when questioned about the poor delivery of service as well as when a request was made asking them to reassemble my sofa, having left it looking loop sided after they completed the first reassemble. The contractor responded by saying it was not his job to fix this, and only acted when one if his subordinates highlighted there was a missing wheel to him. Poor service delivery and would not use again. Our leather sofas were scuffed snd marked with a black mark, some fragile things were broken, the contractor would not tolerate any concerns and would shout back.
Then had the cheek to call back a week later demanding his boxes back! Food luck with this bunch!

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!
Don't fall for it! The guy is rude, is a lier, not professional at all. He is not serious and also after showing up 4 hrs later, without saying sorry he makes you feel like he is doing it as a favor when you are paying for their service. And you have not right to talk to him in a bad way- even though we never did!
Also, he accused me for keep pushing him up the whole morning and stressing him too much, when we agreed moving at 9am and he finally showed up at 1pm!
he called me lier saying that I told him previously I had 25 boxes when in really where more, so, he asked for more money to do the job otherwise he was not going to do it.
Glad i finally decided not to go with him and manged to found another company last minute and their service was amazing! So respectful and professionals. And for less money!

Think carefully before going ahead.

Hello everyone, we used this company to move home in July. We agreed for packing and partial unpacking including few some furniture.
The gentleman uses a English name (though he is not) with a fake accent, though it didn’t bother me.
Honestly if it’s just moving packed items, you can go ahead with him, his price is competitive.
But if you are planning for packing and unpacking, NEVER NEVER!!!
Disastrous will be an understatement, he came along with another guy only. Was supposed to be a job for atleast 3 people. He didn’t bring enough boxes, no cloth rails. He dumped the clothes in black bin bags. His assistant broke few plates. They lost the glasses tops of our side table. And the most interesting point is, he is super confident of his terrible service and told he doesn’t worry about any reviews. And last but not least, he gave me a feeling that he is doing me a favour🤣

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible.
They gave us a fixed quoted of £350 for 4 hours then £75 an hour for every extra hour. I stated during quotation that we weren’t sure how many boxes we would have but Adam said “30 or 40, it doesn’t matter”.
At 7.15am on moving day he came in with an attitude and accused me of lying about the amount of boxes and that in reality he would charge up to £3000 for the move!
Clearly he was trying to fleece us so we told him where to go. Managed to sort the move last minute ourselves and in the end it cost only £180.
Complete cowboys who also have refused to acknowledge they need to give my £70 deposit back.
AVOID!!!

Awful awful awful

Quoted an initial cost...ended up paying 4x the quote, granted it was 2 moves....turned up with a small van so had to do 2 trips per move...I expected to pay more because we needed 2 moves but they should have had a bigger van!
3 hours late on first move, didn’t turn up at agreed time because he didn’t see the deposit we transferred.
Rude to us and rude to the people at the storage facility we were using.
Only good thing was they dismantled and reassembled our furniture (2 beds 1 table)

Received a phone call from these…

Received a phone call from these cowboys 3 weeks after I had filled the form online to find suitable removals. So at first an english man (or one with a very good accent) stated that they had sent me a quote so i told them that I had already been given a few quote and decided to go for the cheapest. He said yes but we quoted you less than that amount and it was for a 5 tonne lorry not the 2.5 tonne the other had quoted. He was pushing for a removal date but I said I hadn't decided on a definite date yet, this is when he said ok speak to ???

Another man came on the phone and seemed very pushy, telling me the price was low as they had to match my job up with one that was coming back into London? I could hardly understand him as his english wasn't very good. He kept telling me to check my email in 5 minutes for the quote as they would send it again.

I had a bad feeling so did a little research (as we all should do) and if it wasn't for this site, I may have even taken their offer, but no chance after reading the reviews!

Oh might i add.. The website is a dead giveaway too as it said 'Not Secure'

Please dont use their service at all

Please dont use their service at all. First of all they came 5 hours late. Keep telling they are stuck on traffic.
Once they arrived, they will give you an invoice with more amount and arguing this is including VAT. So I had to pay more than we agreed. Apart from that very rude guy. He call himself as Adam, but he is not..

Dont ever use this service. You will regret!!

Poor customer care, a moving bacame a nightmare!

I received the offer by call and email last 8th of November for a moving on the 16th of November.

I confirmed the engagement on the 13th when I received a confirm for the new flat keys.
I received a confirmation by email and text in the same day, for this reason I have informed all the other companies that I made my choice.

Today at 9am I was downstairs keeping a space free in the street for the van (as requested) and then I called at 9:03 to have an update. The man that answered my call told me that they had an issue with the previous job and asked me to wait until 10-10.30.
At 10:44 i texted, but nobody replied my message.
The second call was at 11:05 and he told me to wait another hour.
I called again at 12:25 and he told me that he was at Elephant and Castle, very far to my place, but assured me to arrive at 1 pm.
When I called for the 4th time at 13:19 he told me that he was in another job, but driver and another colleague were coming in 1 hour maximum. He also told me that he could join later and giving me a discount. But the offer was for 3 people because the job to do was massive.

I was exhausted, waiting for more than 4 hours, with a big job to do. Packing around 30 boxes, disassemble bed and wardrobe, move everything downstairs (10 floors) and load the van. Move to more than 10 miles and then put everything in the new flat and assemble bed and wardrobe starting at 2pm was absolutely impossible!

I wasted a morning, I will take 1 day off on Monday (I’m self employed and I will not be paid fornmy day off) pay another company (after my last call I engaged another company for £650, they’re making me a big favour with a short notice).
I’m alone, I haven’t any help from friends and family. I should move the final cleaning planned for Monday.
I had a very bad day, a vary bad and poor customer experience.
I’m the customer, I should receive calls for update, not calling for update.

I received only one call at 14:57 offering me to do the job for free, but I’m professional, I can’t cancel the new engagement I did.

This is absolutely unprofessional, and a very poor service.

Who will pay for my time, expensive moving on Monday and my day off? This job was confirmed and planned from Wednesday, in case I should receive a call on Friday evening.

I’m also adding in CC Removal Index in order to give them a feedback about this absolutely poor customer care and service.

Booked with easymovers.co , everything was agreed, we won't let you down we were assured,
they even delivered moving boxes previous week. On day of move they turned up at 10:30, late by 2 hours.
One hour later we called them as they still hadn't, returned to start loading our belongings.
The owner Safdar Hussain promised they were on the way back.
1/2 hour later we phoned them again when they dropped the bombshell,
Safdar Hussain told us he would not be able to actually move us because his staff hadn't turned up
at this point my wife broke down in tears and passed the phone to me.

I pleaded with them to help us but Ben point blanked refused and put the phone down.
Stuff was still on our front and it was also leaking massive amounts of engine oil
over the pavement. We had a lucky break were we managed to sort the move out ourselves.
Do not go near these cowboys at any cost! Stay away

Horrible experience

Horrible customer service.
Very rude and in a hurry.
Looked like they were doing me a favour. I paid more expecting a better service.

I do NOT recommend.. and was very disapointed.
